- Downstairs comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two living areas, kitchen and a toy room for kids.
- Upstairs unwind in the large master bedroom suite (WIR) encompassing a study and a retreat connecting with the private and tranquil veranda oasis enjoying tree top Court and Parkland views. The huge and lavish ensuite upstairs is appointed with a walk in shower, 2 stone top vanities, a bidet and toilet while built in speakers and a split system air conditioner are inclusions.
- The house has ducted heating along with split system airconditioners in the downstairs living room and also in the upstairs area.
- Located in a quiet court location with a park at the end of the court.
- 20 minutes to Yarra Valley and a 30 minute drive to Melbourne City.
- Short walk to buses which take you to train station.
- Bedding configuration:
master upstairs: queen
downstairs bedroom 1: a single bed
downstairs bedroom 2: single bed
downstairs bedroom 3: bunk bed living room downstairs: double pull out sofa bed.
- Linen and towels can be included for a $100.00 fee. Pool towels can also be included.
- Enclosed yard has a sandpit, large deck and springfree trampoline.
- Wifi and Webber BBQ also included.
- House is available from 26/12/18 until 11/01/19. Minimum 7 night bookings over this peak period. $350 per night over this peak time.

- This is our family home, so no large parties will be accepted during the stay.
