When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Amazing property and amenities

This was a wonderful property to stay at for a steal! The property was clean, the communication was amazing and thorough, and a great pool. We will definitely be back.

Golf Trip

Great place! Had a brothers golf trip and it was perfect for that. Great location. Inside was nice and clean and fit us perfectly. Will go back. Highly recommend!

Bed bugs!!!

The place looked nice and on the surface clean. But 3 of us woke up with Bed Bug bites!! We are contacting the management but nothing done yet! We are wanting a refund!!!

Perfect with a few glitches

The location was exactly what we were expecting. It is second floor, but there is an elevator. The refrigerator was leaking, and the air conditioning broke the day before our last day. Other than that, it was great.

PERFECT

This was booked last minute and it did not disappoint. The condo was fully equipped with EVERYTHING and the pictures on the site don't compare to how it looks on person. It was perfect 👌 will definitely be renting again when I'm in town.

Slack on TV channels

I was not pleased that we did not have any sports channels....hallmark shows....family shows. You really need more channels to satisfy your customers.

Great mini getaway with family

Great place to stay with the family! Very clean and so spacious! Folks at checkin do not seem to know what they are doing but that is not at all the property owner’s fault. Had a great time with my family before moving out of state!

Great Condo & Location

This condo is exactly as pictured; bright with a view of a golf course. It is very clean, and spacious with comfortable beds and furnishings. The combination of three golf courses, on site pool and amenities center make this resort ideal for everyone. A beautiful beach is close by and easy to get to. There are also lots of places to eat near by. We'll be back soon!

Great stay at Sea Trail

The condo has everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds are comfortable and living room is nicely furnished. Nice view of the golf course and convenient to shopping and restaurants.
