Our apartment is located in the TDR Shama Apartment building which is very near to several restaurants where you can mingle with locals, expats and tourists. The building is secure with 4 electronic security measures and is accessible 24 hrs. You will not need to worry regarding general comforts such as hot water, air conditioning and heating or electricity. I live on the top floor of the building and will be there to help you anytime! You can message me if you have any questions!
We provide all basic necessities and have decorated the apartment for travelers who want the best from Airbnb. The building is also ideally located, just far enough so that the noise from nearby restaurants/eateries does not disturb and also not far such that walking distance would be an issue.
You may use anything that is available in the entire apartment (other than the rooms that you didnt book). Use the TV, the kitchen appliances and the washer & dryer without any worries. There is a gym on the terrace and a home theater in the ground floor as well.
There are restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, ATM and pharmacies all nearby (We provide an easy to understand map). LABIM Mall is also in walking distance, so if you would like to shop, that s the place to go. If you wish to visit any of the SEVEN world heritage sites in Kathmandu Valley, you can take a taxi or rent a scooter or a car* (with a driver) from us. There are no UBER s in Nepal, so if you want an airport pickup, we could provide that as well.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
TDR Shama has been built for convenience. at 2300 sqft per apartment it is one of the biggest apartments in the City. And since its a small building it only has 4 apartments among which 2 are rented to expatriates, 1 is available for short term leasing and 1 is my family's personal haven :)
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
Privacy and security with the convenience and luxury of the western world. Why private? for example, there are 3 balconies per floor and even if you go to any one of them, you will not be able to pry on the other balconies. You should also note that although there is an elevator, it will not operate without a key which is specific to different floors, so no one can enter your apartment even whilst using the elevator. There are other smaller things which add convenience but that's for you to find out ;)
