This is more for the business travelers and vacationers who plan to be out exploring most of the time and using the apt as a place to sleep. I say this for the although its a complete remodel the building itself it is from the 1950 s, and there is real hardwood floor so sound/noise travels and there are three other Airbnb rentals and usually the building is full.
