800 sq ft rustic modern cabin on a quiet cul de sac at the end of high valley. About a 10 minute (5 mile) drive to downtown Packwood. 5 minute walk to the river access trail. About a 30 minute (25 mile) drive to White Pass ski area.

Ask about the guest unit in a inquiry. There is an extra guest room on the property that can be added for an extra $75/night. It is a separate building from the main cabin and attached to the back of the garage. It is 200 sq ft - has a queen bed, bathroom, jakuzzi tub, small wood stove, 55 inch 4K hd tv, soundbar, google Wifi mesh network, Keurig coffee maker, fold down table/desk and chair, and a fridge. It cannot be rented separate from the main cabin. Nor will it ever be occupied if main cabin renters choose not to add it to their stay. If added to the main cabin stay it would increase the maximum people to 8 with 6 adults and 2 children sleeping on the couch or mats.

Things to note:

No pets

*There is a garage on the property that is for owner storage only.

*There are security cameras on the front yard and driveway only. The inside, optional guest unit and fenced backyard with the hot tub and fire pit are private.

*Like most of High Valley, there is a mixture of cabins, ranch homes, and manufactured homes in the neighborhood. Neighboring tenants are a mixture of full time and vacationers.

*Neighbor homes are visible from the front yard.

*Gas fireplace pilot light will be off during summer heat so house can stay cool.

* The Cabin has fast internet WiFi and a hard wired land line phone to ensure guest will have connectivity during their stay. Cell phone coverage varies by provider. Check with your provider on how to enable WiFi calling/ messaging and available coverage in the packwood area.

*For Winter guests - the streets near and to the cabin are typically plowed effectively during winter snow. It is recommend that guests have the necessary equipment to drive in winter conditions.

**Please be safe and responsible. The Cabin is located on private property and is maintained and inspected regularly. It is operated by Nine Properties LLC as a vacation rental. Guests are responsible for their own safety and for any damage caused during their stay. The owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses on the premises.

**Please use hot tub responsibly. Hot tub is cleaned and sanitized between guests. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others while using the hot tub.
