The views from this home are absolutely amazing! Views down to Rapid Heads and beyond! Enjoy a platter of beautiful local produce, a bottle of McLaren Vale wine and take in the world class views from either the balcony or the living room.

One of the most superb views in Carrickalinga! Situated on North Bay this stunning 2 story house offers spectacular coastal views right down to Rapid Head.
Upstairs features a stylish open plan kitchen/living/meals area all fully tiled with the master bedroom and sliding door access onto the enormous balcony.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 double & 2 singles) plus a rumpus room with a double sofa bed, lounge suite and TV . There is ample off street parking! Just sit back on the large balcony and relax with some bubbly and watch the sun setting cause this place has it all! Equipped with TV, DVD, VCR, iPod Dock, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, BBQ, air conditioning, combustion heater & garage.

This is a fully self contained holiday rental property. Quilts, pillows and covers are provided. You need to provide your own linen and towels. If you wish to hire linen please call our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment.

Location Location

Perfect location and got the nice warm weather which always helps, i was surprised how big the property was given i had previously viewed the property and considered it an apartment. Plenty of room. Some new venues in the area makes this location an ideal stay

Great location

What an amzing location and a nice big house. Only thing I would say is that it would be great to have newer beds (and bigger) plus some of the furnishings are very dated. Overall a great place, just would look for something a bit more modern next time we head that way

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

Pictures accurately display the property as a beachfront getaway which is exactly what we were after. Seamless process booking and communicating any queries. House is big and the location is great with the views of the beach and coast something to saviour.

Great place to unwind!

Few days away with the girlfriends. Loved it. Great views and easy access to beach walks and coastal views. A total unwind spot from which we could easily duck over to McLaren Vale and Pt Elliott then chill at night. A winner!

School holiday break keeping local

Views brilliant, location awesome and perfect for local beach. Local area and activities good; lots of choices for dining. Accommodation nice but needs some TLC. Guests need to remember to take all kitchen pantry supplies incl dishwasher tabs and rubbish bags

Nice stay

Lovely home to stay in. Furniture well used. Balcony could have cobwebs removed and rusty Furniture changed. Econ stopped working (upstairs) after first day. No power points working for 24hrs. Realistate people helpfully got fixed asap.

The accommodation was clean and equipment available was good. The cupboards and wardrobes needed a bit of a tidy up as things were kind of placed all over but did not affect our stay enjoy the walks along the coast as the weather was pretty good to us. We wouldn’t hesitate to book there again good value for money.

Brilliant place, as long as you can get along with millipedes!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view, oh the view. It's a billion dollar view, and the sunsets are spectacular. However, everything has to be shared with millipedes. Millipedes are a group of arthropods that are characterised by having two pairs of jointed legs on most body segments; they are known scientifically as the class Diplopoda, the name derived from this feature. Each double-legged segment is a result of two single segments fused together. That aside......If you don't get along with millipedes, you really won't feel that comfortable. Fortunately, we do!!

Fantastic location for spectaular views and a relaxing getaway

We had a fantastic time and didn't want to leave! The house is cosy and in a fantastic location with spectacular views along the coast and cliffs. There is also a rural feel with the big hills behind the property and surrounding the area. The house was lovely and clean and the welcome chocolates were a very welcomed surprise! I've given 4 stars as the overall review as the home does need a bit of maintenance to fix some cupboard doors and ease of draw use. Nothing too bad though. An additional frying pan would be helpful. The only thing we really didn't like was there was bedding in the wardrobe that was full of moth ball (camphor) smell that stunk out the bedroom. We moved this to another room that we weren't using and the smell mostly went by the next day. Maybe there's another way to ward off the insects that is a bit less smelly!! The check in/out process was great - quick and easy with no dramas. Overall a great place and would definitely stay again. A perfect winter retreat!

Property needs a major clean and maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a great view but is far too expensive given how run down the appliances and furnishings are. We had to clean the property, there was a dead rat in the garage, mouse poo in kitchen cupboards, the kettle and DVD player and many lights did not work. Shower head snapped off, vacuum cleaner is broken, Mattresses are old and very uncomfortable. Furnishings are old and need to be updated- couch felt like it was going to collapse. The property was not clean. No ceiling fans - only two pedestal fans that were so dirty with dust and grime and we had to clean them to use. No internet. Very disappointing and unfair given the expensive price.

Fantastic views

Great views, large kitchen/dining/lounge area upstairs with magnificent views. Balcony furniture is a bit old and dated. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we had a few windy nights and the windows rattled which was annoying. On a pleasant note we had pleasure watching kangaroos on the hill out the kitchen window!

Key pick up easy, welcome pack of chocolate was a lovely touch. Small issues dealt with promptly by agent. Kitchen clean & well equipped. Lounges hard and very tired. Totally rusted small table on balcony was an unwelcome sight on arrival. Property just needs a few tweaks to make it shine. Would stay again.

Overall the house was good. The location of the property was unbelievably beautiful. The only issue was the cleanliness. The kitchen was probably the dirtiest out of the whole house which was a big of a let down but overall what a holiday we had. Thank you so much :)

Tight arse kitchen equipment.

Poor cooking equipment, no sharp knives, great view, great beach. Basically Tight arse kitchen equipment for no reason based on the capital value of the place!?
