Located in the Beautiful Sparks Marina this water front home is consisting of a large living room with vaulted ceilings and large picture windows with breathtaking views of the Marina from every angle. There are five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The kitchen has full amenities.
The exterior features unobstructed views of the Sparks Marina from the stained concrete patio surrounded by glass fencing for those Beautiful Nevada Mornings and Evenings.


If you want to have some fun out on the water and in the great outdoors, head over to the Sparks Marina Park. Whether you want to simply relax on one of the many beaches that overlook the lake, or have some fun on the water, this is a great place to go for any age. Take a boat out for a spin, go kayaking, or if you have your divers license, go scuba diving! No matter what type of traveler you are, this is an excellent place to go while in Nevada.

Everything was perfect. The check in was easy. The host was very nice and friendly and the location was perfect and beautiful. The home is spectacular and very inviting with perfect views and just minutes from shops

This place was awesome! We came to Reno to visit my brother and had our eight month old baby with us. We wanted a place that was walkable and quiet and that’s exactly what we got with this property.The check-in process was very easy and the house was clearly professionally cleaned, which is always nice when you have a baby that is hanging out on the floor. There were plenty of extra towels and pillows and the essentials that we needed in the kitchen. The Internet was also super fast and when I initially had issues connecting, it was easy to get in touch with the host.The only issue that arose was that the air-conditioning was not working in the morning and the host sent out a Property Manager within 30 minutes and he fixed the issue.It was also very nice to be able to take just a few steps out to the 2 mile walking path around the lake! Everything you need is right there including a target and a nice small to walk around.

We were in town for a funeral. Four groups from around the country were able to gather together at this wonderful house. Made a bad time much better.

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous Reno marina house! The home was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and truly had everything we needed and more. It fit our multiple families perfectly and never felt crowded.The views were absolutely stunning, and the kids (and dads!) had such a great time fishing right off the marina. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the patio, people watching, and just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.The house was also conveniently located near major shopping, great restaurants, and the Sparks Legends Casino, which made everything super easy and enjoyable during our stay. We also loved being able to walk to the Water Bar for drinks and delicious appetizers — such a fun bonus!The only thing that would have made this place absolutely perfect would be having a BBQ pit/grill available. Other than that, it was an incredible stay and we would definitely come back!

Host was excellent. She checked to make sure everything was going ok. Arrived earlier than expected and was able to do an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Location was perfect. Very roomy and spacious. Will accommodate a lot of people. Highly recommended.

Golf vacation

My friends and I have been staying there for a number or years. We get together and play golf at various places. The owner has been very courteous. I would recommend the home to everyone.

Annual Family Vacation

This house is absolutely beautiful and quite comfortable with one of the best stocked kitchens in any rental we've ever used. There is a spectacular view of the marina from the back patio. It is in a prime location close to about any amenity you could imagine. Renae is a great host, easy to communicate with and has a quick response time to questions. The entire family agrees we would gladly stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house met our expectations and more. The beautiful view of the marina and mountains was so serene. The location was perfect for the Nugget Rib Cook off. It was very hot in the day and we brought our own pop up to shade us from the intense heat. We would highly recommend and / or re-book this location. Thanks Renae

Excellent Location and Property

Three families stayed here for a tournament in the area. The house was perfect size and excellent location. The kids fished in the harbour and the running path was perfect for early morning runs! Close to shopping and dining and not far at all from the Convention Center- close enough but out of the huddle and bustle of downtown Reno. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home

Beautiful convenient home. Very accommodating for my party. I would recommend having less bunk beds and more queen/full size beds. The bunks were hard to accommodate adults. The kitchen was furnished perfectly. The owner and property manager were very attentive to our concerns. I would recommend this property for big family/friend vacations

Worst experience we have ever had with VRBO Rental.

House is an awesome check in was easy. First night we came home late and heater would not work we slept in the house was 53 degrees in there freezing with small children. I reached out to property owner and she was ok this first time she came over around 12 while we were leaving and messaged me that it was fixed. So at 5pm I sent one of the other people staying in our house to make sure the heater was working so we didn’t have another night like last night. He went over said it’s still not working. I messaged her she came right over drunk and belligerent. Our friend was showing her on thermostat how wasn’t working she slapped his hand and said this is all your guys fault you broke it and went crazy on him! He left and she started calling me over and over I sent my wife over to get our stuff out of the house and book a hotel. There was a heater ac repair man that showed up and said her system is 18 years old and completely broke and needed replaced. She did refund us and then continued to call me leaving drunken voicemails and mad I didn’t say thank your for the refund. We stay in VEBO homes few times a year for 10 years now and this was only experience we have ever had like this.

We enjoyed our stay!

Renae - the host was very approachable and accommodating. We arrived on Thanksgiving day, and she always made sure that we got into the house safely and found everything we need. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the morning walk around the beautiful lake so much. The house is clean, and the kitchen have plenty of bowls and dish for our family of 15 people. The only thing would be improved was the triple bunk bed. they’re a little tiny (virtually), and some of us end up sleep on the sofa or air bed. But again, the property is beautiful, highly recommended.
