2 bedroom and 2 bath fifth floor unit! This residence features a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, queen bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the full kitchen, living room, and balcony. You`ll fall in love with this condo, and it will become your frequent place of lodging while in Asheville.

There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

This condominium is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment to Airbnb. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

City bus traffic at 5:30am. Late night traffic noise ongoing after midnight. Ceiling creeks due to people above walking around later in the evening. Place reeked of a body odor from the furniture or pillows. Tried airing out the place and didn’t work. Floors were dirty. Turned our feet brownish black after showering. Liked the security of a garage, although you have to get out of vehicle to punch in code, And luckily we didn’t have an assigned parking spot next to a pillar. Not kid friendly in the sense the bathroom counters are super high and no step stool. Refrigerator’s ice maker super noisy and the ice/water taste funny. You can smell all the chemicals, good thing we brought bottled water. Needs more Lighting in kitchen, esp above kitchen sink to clean dishes. No light in hallway to see on how to do laundry.

This condo was very clean and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the central location as our home base while exploring the Asheville area.We walked to the Irish Pub one night, and brought up food from the adjoining Asian Bowl restaurant downstairs.We felt very safe in this downtown location.The only negative is the noise in the morning from bus station.

It is a great place with free parking which is great plus in Asheville! Walking distance to everything. Very clean and well accommodated with plenty of coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, even toiletries for 3 days. I needed a fan as the primary bedroom did not have ceiling fan and it got warm while we were out each day, even with curtains drawn. The air is set on schedule understandably so. I reached out to rental company and they were very responsive and had a fan delivered and changed the setting on air for us. There were several codes that will need to be used to get in parking, elevator and unit, but it felt safe. Only negative for me was our view was the bus depot. My heart hurt many times as I saw so many homeless people. They used this area frequently. One evening when pulling into garage there was a homeless man (assuming as he had several bags next to him) that was very sick, he had thrown up multiple times and was passed out. There was a large beer can next to him. We had to drive around his legs as he was in the driveway up to parking garage. I wanted to take him water but it was late and my family insisted it was too dangerous for me to help him. Having said all that, I would stay here again. Just know it will pull on your heart strings.

Condo was clean and quiet. Neighborhood was sketchy. It was right across from the bus station, and we were harassed by unhoused people and people with drug problems/mental health issues. Definitely not somewhere I would stay with small children.

Awesome location!

The condo was clean and new and was the perfect place for a girls weekend away. We were steps from amazing restaurants, shopping, and bars and minutes from the highway and major roads. Fantastic weekend!!

Close to EVERYTHING

We walked all over town, this was the closest we’ve been able to stay and location was perfect. Just South of Patton, half a mile from Walnut, pet friendly, spacious condo with two large bathrooms.

Pre weekend trip

We stayed Wednesday thru Friday. The place is immaculate, very close to downtown, the beds are very comfy, rooms are very clean, beddings were fresh & fluffed, nice sunrise view from the terrace, kitchen was well equipped, and the best part; you can just walk to downtown, wicked weed brewery & many more. Love this place, we are definitely coming back!

Asheville Trip

The accommodations were exactly as described on the website. This was our first time to the western part of North Carolina. The city of Asheville was absolutely beautiful with many breweries in restaurants. If there was any drawback, I would say the property is located across the street from public transportation. They were certain times of the day where they were “undesirables walking around.

Great property, kinda rough neighborhood

This property was spotless & clean. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Location is just one block away from downtown. Asheville is so walkable. Only issue is the number of homeless in Asheville who chose to sleep in the doorways of the building and nearby. At night the general area felt a bit rough. BUT the building itself and parking was VERY secure. Balconies offered a lovely view as well.

Comfortable...great location

The location is the main asset of this lodging- a few blocks from all you want to see in downtown Asheville. We parked the car (note that there is only one parking place) and walked to a concert, shops, restaurants and pubs. The 5th floor view off the deck and bedroom windows was very nice. The building is new and very clean. The kitchen was very well outfitted, a tea kettle would be a great addition. Bathrooms are fresh and large. Agree with other reviewers that the bus station across the street did require all windows to be shut at night. While the bedrooms are both nice, note that one is a master suite and the other a smaller bedroom. Our main concern was the carpets, while beautiful, were a bit dangerous when they curl up or move. Would absolutely stay here again.
