This condo was completely renovated with no expense spared. We've been successful VRBO owners at Wintergreen for over 16 years (see VRBO Listing #51147), and have used experience gleaned to create a truly unique vacation place on the mountain. This three-bedroom condo is perfect for groups needing a little more room than our two bedroom unit next door. Have a larger group, requiring up to five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two kitchens? Then rent both units at a special combined rate! They're only a 90 second walk door-to-door. Close, but not TOO close!

Whether you are a skier, boarder,golfer, tennis player, hiker, or cyclist, or perhaps you merely enjoy reading a good book on the deck, a Wintergreen getaway is just what you need. At 3,500 feet astride the Blue Ridge Mountains, adjacent to the Appalachian Trail and Blue Ridge Parkway, Wintergreen has become a four-season resort that will provide a natural backdrop for whatever you like to do. And what better way to enjoy all that Wintergreen has to offer than a stay at a luxury, three bedroom condominium with a view that can only be described as 'breathtaking?'

The first master suite features a king-size pillowtop bed, with luxurious bedding and Egyptian cotton sheets. It has its own HiDef satellite TV., with beautiful views of the mountains and valleys. The en suite master bath has a double tile vanity, Jacuzzi tub, huge walk-in shower, and closet.

The second master suite also features a king-size pillowtop bed, with luxurious bedding and Egyptian cotton sheets. It too has a HD TV with DirecTV access.This bedroom also features an en suite bathroom, with full shower/tub.

The third bedroom features a queen sized pillowtop bed, with luxurious bedding, and an HD DirecTV set. It has a bathroom adjacent off the hallway.

The living room is large and airy, and the views are stunning. You can see Charlottesville to the northeast, the Shenandoah Valley to the northwest, and even the glow of Richmond on moonless nights some 70 miles away. It has a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace (with all the free firewood you can use), a 55-inch, 4k Ultra HiDef DirecTV with the ability to play streaming Netflix movies (account included), over 300 satellite channels, BluRay discs, DVDs, CDs; a leather sleeper sofa (queen-size bed); and three side chairs. The living room has three doors opening to the deck, which has a 6-person bar-height table for dining in the warmer months, a Weber grill for outdoor cooking, and a sofa, two side chairs, and coffee table for enjoying the magnificent views. The dining room has a six-person table

The kitchen has completely new stainless steel Samsung appliances, including refrigerator, electric range with smooth cooking surface, dishwasher, disposal, combination range hood/microwave, and most every small appliance and utensil you could need. The countertops are granite. We have a Keurig coffee maker, with a selection of complimentary coffees and hot chocolates.The condominium has new full-size front-loading Samsung washer and dryer, and an outside ski locker for storing wet and icy gear out of the way. The unit is on the ground floor on the parking lot side, so zero steps to navigate. Our condominium is No Smoking, No Pets for everyone’s enjoyment.

Our guests have access to the Chestnut Springs Pool in the summer, as well as the Stoney Creek Golf Course. Please note--as of December 1, 2020, the Resort, in an effort to steer visitors to the privately-owned rental properties that they manage, has eliminated access to the Devils Knob Golf Course, Devils Grill Restaurant, Devils Knob Tennis facilities, and the Wintergarden pools, to guests staying at non-Resort-managed properties. They charge an additional 10% over their published rates for this access as a "Resort Fee" . But if you decide these amenities are crucial to you, then your only choice is to rent through the Resort.

We have a WiFi hi-speed internet connection in the condo, so you can use your laptop inside or on the deck to keep up with e-mail and the office. The land line phone in the condo has unlimited long distance in the US and Canada.

Our building is down the street from the Wintergarden Spa for massages and personal grooming services. The ski area, shopping, and other restaurants are a five-minute drive, or you can take a free shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes and stops outside our door. There are numerous hikes that you can tackle without driving at all (including the Appalachian Trail), while the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway is perfect for cycling or cross country skiing.
