The accommodation
We have inherited the house from our grandma. The house was built in the style of the 60s. For 10 years now, we have been taking care of the preservation. We have installed a modern kitchen and mainly invested in new windows, the heating and thermal insulation.
The house is located in the middle of the holiday region Vorderes Zillertal, in a sunny and central location. It is easily accessible, in direct proximity to the ski resorts and offers a magnificent view of the mountain scenery of the Zillertal.

Access for guests
The spacious apartment is on the upper floor of our house, has 65 m2 and is functional and comfortably furnished. Next to the living room there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, as well as a single bedroom. These have their own wash basins installed. The apartment has a shower and a toilet. There is also a separate storage room. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge.

Interaction with guests
We do not life in the house, but in the immediate vicinity, but are always accessible.

The neighborhood
The house is located directly on the street to Hocfügen, but through the car park and the garden somewhat set back.
The garden is at our guests' disposal. We are looking forward to welcoming families with children. However, children must be supervised in the garden, since the property lies directly on the road.
There are numerous shopping opportunities and gastronomic offerings - a supermarket is 700 m away, restaurants are 300 m away.
The Spieljochbahn cable car station is 300 meters away. The ski resorts Kaltenbach / Hochfügen 8 km, and the Zillertal Arena 15 km away.
There is a ski school, a ski school and the ski-exercise meadow nearby, the toboggan run is 300 m away, the outdoor swimming pool and thermal baths, as well as tennis courts 2 km and the 18 hole golf course are only 3 km away.
Bathing possibilities such as the Schlitterer bathing lake in 5 km, the Reintaler lakes in 18 km and the Achensee in 22 km easily accessible.

Transportation
A stop for the bus-shuttle to the Spieljochbahn and Hochfügen is in the immediate vicinity.
The village center and the next bus stop are within a 10-minute walk, and the Zillertalbahn railway station is 1.5 km away.
Innsbruck Airport is 50 km away and Munich Airport is 175 km away. If you come from Germany via the Achenpass, you do not need a highway vignette for Austria.

Minimum occupancy: 3 persons, minimum rental period: 3 nights
For the final cleaning will be charged 45 euros.
Towels, bed linen and kitchen equipment are free of charge, electricity and water included in the prices!
The price of 1 EUR per adult per night is not included in the price. This will be collected by us on arrival. Children under 15 years are not allowed.
