On the lower level, enjoy a spacious dining room perfect for casual dinners or festive celebrations, a fully equipped and self-contained kitchen, separate toilet, a comfortable lounge room equipped with a large TV, and outdoor entertainment areas including a front courtyard for al fresco gatherings or tranquil escapes. Unfortunately no parties or functions are permitted in the property, there are however numerous restaurants/clubs & resorts nearby. The Gold Coast theme parks are approximately a 60 minute drive North with Byron Bay approximately 40 minutes South and Gold Coast Airport 20 minutes drive. No pets are allowed on premises.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
