This exquisite beach house has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, 2200 square feet of comfort and luxury. Just a short walk to the famous Cape Kiwanda beach access and restaurants, however, you may not want to leave home with the well-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs in every room, cable tv in every room, wifi throughout the house, comfy furniture with fuzzy blankets, games, puzzles and books. Our spacious dining table seats 8 with seating for 2 more at the bar. Plenty of room for the whole family to dine together. The bedrooms have cozy beds with luxury linens and fantastic views from the 2nd story. Plenty of towels for everyone, an on-demand water heater so you will never run out of hot water. New large front load washer and dryer, with laundry soap provided. Dartboard and full-sized air hockey table in the garage. Outdoor hot and cold-water faucet to wash off those sandy feet. Hot Tub, horseshoes Gas BBQ and fire pit in a totally fenced yard. A 3-block walk to Cape Kiwanda state park where you can watch the surfers, climb up then roll down the monster sand dune, take memorable pictures or just quietly stroll along the beach. Perfect for families or for a grown-up get away!
