The property management has also recently implemented an improved system to make reentry smoother. Regarding the visit from the code enforcement officer, there was a misunderstanding. The officer had the wrong unit number—this property is a properly permitted short-term rental (STR) and is fully compliant. I sincerely apologize again that the situation affected your level of comfort during your stay. As shared previously, I extended a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.
