Terrace bungalow, sleeps 4-5, 50 m from the sandy beach & close to the centre

Es wäre nett, wenn die Dame bei der Wahrheit bleiben würde! Ich habe dem Gast aus meinem Fundus 3 Liegestühle zur Verfügung gestellt und darum gebeten, diese nicht mit an den Strand zu nehmen, was ein unflätiges Geschrei zur Folge hatte.. Was Hundegebell betrifft, so möchte ich anmerken, dass ich keine 10 Hunde habe, erst um 7.30 Uhr, aufstehe und meine Hunde erst um 8.00 Uhr hinauslasse und dabei kein unnötiger Lärm entsteht. Der Gast in der Nachbarwohnung hatte einen Hund, der zwar ab und zu bellte, aber nicht störend wirkte. Ein guter Rat: wenn Sie Hunde stören, bitte nicht buchen, wenn Haustiere erlaubt sind. Was die Möblierung betrifft, so darf keine Neumöblierung Richtung IKEA erwartet werden. Der Gast hatte doch die Fotos gesehen! Was an der Küche eine Katastrophe ist, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, denn es ist alles da, was in der Beschreibung angegeben ist. Es ist für mich selbstverständlich, dass der Gast König ist, er sollte sich dann aber auch dementsprechend benehmen und nicht seine Kinderstube vergessen so er denn eine hatte.

Det er ikke helt klart for meg hva en "antikk sofa" og dårlig belysning har med oppussingsbehovet å gjøre. I mellomtiden har vi oppdatert lysarmaturene, og siden møbler er en smakssak (IKEA etc.), blir sofaen værende i møblene.

Estimada Diana, es normal, que yo como propietaria entro en el jardin comun de 4 viviendas para regar y cuidar el jardin. Lo que no es normal que su hija retire de otra terraza vecina la mesa de balcon teniendo la suya. Llame la atencion a su hija para devolver inmediatament la mesa al vecino, que no lo hizo porsupuesto. A la edad de su hija edad se supone que haya aprendido que no se deben de coger objetos que no son suyas.

It's annoying to hear such a comment completely unfounded and no factual. When I brought you into into the apartment, the beds were equipped with sheets, and towels for 3 - 4 people were waiting for you. In the bathroom, did you find toilet paper and hand soap. In the living room in the closet you find dishes, silver cutlery and glasses for 6 people. Impossible that you could have missed that. In the kitchen there is a drawer with kitchen utensils such as can openers, spoons, forks, small knives, and so on. Also located in 2 cupboards are enough pots, pans, coffee maker, water cooker, juicer, hand mixer, etc. Why didn´t you ask me for what ever you needed more, as you saw me every day because I am living in front of the apartment and have a look around every day. By the way, the ladies who have taken over the final cleaning, complained of vast amounts of dirty dishes and garbage, which had no been removed, all around the apartment and they took the used linnen away for washing., which is impossible if there had be none before. The deposit will be refunded by homeaway, as you paid it together with the total price.

Consideramos ofrecer una relación calidad-precio más que adecuada para nuestras viviendas. Las cucarachas en vivienda de planta baja son prácticamente imposibles de erradicar, más en localidades costeras. Hacemos todo lo posible para controlar su aparición con la aplicación de métodos recomendados por el control de plagas;por eso se los encuentran muertas. Todas las estancias de la vivienda constan de al menos una ventana exterior, incluyendo el cuarto de bano. Las bombillas son de ahorro energético, por lo que tardan unos minutos en alcanzar su máxima intensidad luminosa. En su caso además se había fundido una bombilla en el cuarto de bano que podríamos haber cambiado, si nos lo hubiera hecho saber. O incluso la podría haber cambiado Ud. mismo. Las instalaciones se someten a un mantenimiento adecuado entre cliente y cliente, asegurandonos de un correcto funcionamiento de todos los elementos de la vivienda, incluidos los sanitarios del bano. No son "último modelo", pero están muy lejos de "desintegrarse". La vivienda está equipada con todo lo necesario para 6 personas, incluyendo cubiertos, vajilla y menaje de cocina. Las sábanas no se habían puesto grises, son de color gris!! Por cierto fueron comprados precisamente para esta temporada, por lo que estaban nuevas. En lo que se refiere al air acondicionado sería leer detenidamente el anuncio con homeaway, ya que todas las condiciones están allí especificadas, incluida ésta. Por fin la distancia de la vivienda a la playa: está a 60 m de la playa, por lo que no se nececitan 6 minutos, si no 1 minuto para llegar .
