OCEAN FRONT POOL CLUB (open Mem Day to Labor Day) with hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar. Pickle ball and tennis.
Feb 2024 updates- new mattresses, new living room furniture, new LVP flooring, new deck ceiling.
2023 kitchen updates- new quartz counters, tile backsplash, new appliances.
Furnished shaded deck.
Elevator. Full kitchen. 4 br- 1 king, 2 queens and 2 doubles all with full private bath. PLEASE NOTE TOWELS AND LINENS NOT PROVIDED.

The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

Excellent Rental

We were so impressed with this spacious condo with our group of ten guests. The kitchen was superbly stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, and appliances. The property manager was easily accessible and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Sea Escape

Sea Escape was a very comfortable condo. The beds and furniture were new and very nice. The kitchen had everything that we needed.to cook. I felt that the owner really put a lot of thought into making sure we were happy. I plan on staying at Sea Escape Summer 2025.

Great condo with nice ocean view!

We had a great stay at this property! It accommodated our family very well. We enjoyed the ocean view from the deck and the beach was a short walk away. It offers a closet full of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, umbrella stake, boogie board) which was in great condition and helped supplement things we forgot. The kitchen was well equipped overall with pans, serving dishes, utensils and measuring cups, etc. The only con we can think of is one of the bedrooms does not have a closet and the bathroom is very small in this room, so not a lot of space to store things.

Great family time

Our condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and eating together. Kitchen was well equipped and table and bar had enough seating for 5 kids & 5 adults. Living room was spacious and clean. We had numerous Uno and Bingo games there. The four bedrooms were situated so that the adults and youngest kids could sleep down the hall and away from the tv in the 3 back bedrooms and the older kids slept right off the living room. We were very close to the beach access & not too far from the pool. The pool is big and lounge chairs are very nice. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this condo.

Good space for our family of nine

The kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking items and utensils. Two double beds in two of the bedrooms was a plus. The sofa and loveseat were not the most comfortable. I did swiffer the floors when we first got there. I have found I usually have to do that in most condos each time. If not, the bottom of our feet get dirty. I guess that depends on how good the cleaning crew is. Overall we throughly enjoyed our time in the Sea Escape unit.

Awesome property and location

They property was equipped with all the amenities of home. The location was a quick walk to the beach and pool. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching and hearing the ocean every morning. Owner was very quick and thorough to respond

A wonderful week at the beach.

We enjoyed the week. We had a couple of issues come up and they were handled expertly. Cliff did an outstanding job. We look forward to future visits with Vrbo.

Dream Vacation

The location to the beach walkway was wonderful. The condo had everything that we needed and more. We loved spending time on the porch. We used the pool twice and it was not crowded at all which is a bonus with three small children!

Family Vacation 2021

We were very pleased with the condo. It was exactly as advertised, very attractively decorated, and the kitchen was the best equipped one I’ve ever stayed in. (I’ve got 50 years of beach vacation experiences.) The owner was very accessible, helpful, and courteous. I would definitely like to return to this property in the future.

Beautiful and clean!

"Sea Escape" was a beautifully decorated unit, very clean and fresh, with every possible kitchen need met except for dishcloths and towels. Would prefer having bedlinens furnished. Property manager was Johnny -on- the- spot to correct minor fix-it.

Last minute beach trip!

This property was quite the bang for your buck. It comfortably slept 12 people but wasn’t the full price of a large house. The view was great and walking distance to the beach was also accurate and short. Only thing I would suggest is to bring down some chairs and an umbrella! Cliff had excellent communication the whole time. Great stay!

Great location and wonder accommodations

There's only 1 row of houses and a tiny street between the apartment and the beach. You can see the beach and ocean from the porch and it's a two-minute walk across the dunes to the beach. Wonderful location. All four bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Plenty of space for our 8 adults. We cooked-in most meals with plenty of space for preparation and cleanup. It was quiet with no traffic on the road between us and beach. We were very happy with all aspects of the rental.

Nice but also not clean.

It was a great location with plenty of room and the manager responded promptly with our questions. The back porch is nice and the beach is super close. But the place had an awful smell, dead roaches, and dirty dishes. The carpet also looked like it hadn’t been replaced in years, so we definitely didn’t want to sit on it or walk on it barefoot. Overall nice but a few issues.

The best rental we have stayed in.

This place was very clean, decorated nicely and everything worked. Easy access to the beach and the second floor was perfect for sitting out on the deck. The property manager was available immediately when I had a question. He couldn’t have been nicer. I would rent this property again.

Great Family Rental

Our family vacation was filled with lots of fun, great food and a fantastic Condo to stay in. Reserving this unit could not have been easier. Check in and Check our was very very easy. The Owner was on top of things providing us with all the necessary information in a timely manner. This Unit was set up very nice with all the conveniences a family needs and then some!
