This beach bungalow is nestled off 30A which is known for one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. At this 30A vacation rental, immerse yourself in the scenic location, emerald, green water, and sugar-white sand that is 400 yards away. It is ideal for the quiet, relaxing escape you need. The neighborhood is great for families, couples, and anyone who just wants to relax. Our bungalow is a detached unit with 2 bedrooms upstairs and living/dining rooms downstairs. We provide:
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet, Smart Roku TVs
- Fully Equipped kitchen with utensils, cookware, coffee maker, blender, plates, cups, toaster, etc.
- Linens, Bath/hand/face towels, and starter packets for laundry & dishes.

ROOM DESCRIPTION
* Bedroom 1 has a full over full-size bunk bed and a twin bed w/trundle. The room has a closet, a tall dresser, and a 32ā€ inch flat screen TV with an attached bathroom
* Bedroom 2 has a King Size bed with a foam mattress, closet, tall dresser, and a 50ā€ flat screen TV with attached and recently remodeled bathroom
* The Living Room has a 55ā€ flat-screen TV/DVD player.
* The Dining area seats up to 6 people, and we have additional seating at the bar

COMMUNITY DESCRIPTION
The Bungalows offer two pools and one hot tub. It has masterfully landscaped grounds, adjoining parking spaces, and sidewalks, with numerous walk bridges. The pools are perfect for kids, and it's a few steps away from our Bungalow. Our kids, ages 2 to 16, thoroughly enjoy spending all day there. The beach is a 5-to-7-minute walk - load the wagon (provided with this rental) and take a nice stroll there.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE HOUSE RULES
- IDs will be validated before check-in
- Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your beach towels.
- We provide soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in each bathroom but please be prepared to purchase extra if needed. Tom Thumb and Publix are nearby.
- Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, we will follow the guidance of officials about mandatory evacuations
- Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. This is always a good idea during hurricane season
- For the safety of all involved, the exterior of the home is monitored by security cameras.

Perfect for small families

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow! Everything seemed updated, well decorated, and clean. It was a very quiet neighborhood, great pool, and good location to the beach. Walking distance to the beach access and a 2 minute drive to another beach access with bathrooms.

Awesome property!

We had a great stay at the Bungalows. The unit was clean, comfortable, and efficient. It is a great space and the owner has thought of everything- a bag of toys for the kids, hairdryers in the bathrooms, extra blankets in the closets, and super comfortable beds. It's a quick walk to the beach and has a great pool/hot tub just a few steps from the front door. We will definitely return to the Bungalows!

Great house for small group!

The house is adorable and truly just a 5 minute walk to the beach! The gas station is very close and very convenient! The beds were very comfortable and the owners supply a lot of beach essentials such as umbrellas chairs beach wagon and 2 bikes! I would definitely stay again! Only hang up was the lack of kitchen supplies, but the neighbors kindly let us borrow baking dishes and what not when needed! Overall great experience!

Family vacation

Very neat bungalow with great location. Several things needed updating and/or cleaned better. Overall we had a great stay with no issues. Short walk to the beach, although you must walk when you get on the beach for public access but once we found the place it was not the far. Nice walking/running trails all throughout the area. Can walk to many restaurants and shops. This bungalow is also steps from the pool which was very nice. And the pool was very well kept, very nice.

Perfect for young families

We've been here twice now and we love it! The walk to the beach is very convenient and the pool is perfect. It's quiet (when we go) and always other young families around for our kids to play with. The property itself is a great size and well kept. We did have some concerns about the top bunk in this unit. The wooden beams underneath were bowing quite a bit when just my five year old was on it. So that may be something to look into. But other than that we only have good things to say! We'll stay here again!

Wonderful, cozy bungalow on the most beautiful beach!!

We came to The Bungalows in Sea Grove for my dads 60th birthday and had the most amazing time! We made precious memories that we will never forget. This adorable beach house fit my family, my parents, and my brother's family perfectly, with room to spare. We cooked almost every night, including the birthday cakes. And this home had all of the utensils, pans, dishes, and more that we needed. The short walk to the white sandy beach was easy with the help of the wagon that's included. All of the chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards, and my 5 year old fit perfectly. My kiddos loved the over sized swimming pool and I loved being able to watch them from the bubbly hot tub, :) We are beyond thankful for the times we all shared at the beach house this past week and we look forward to many more stays here!!

We loved our bungalow

This was our first visit to this area and we loved it! We will definitely be returning to this area and this place! The bungalow was perfect size for our family of 4 and we even had room for a couple more people if needed! It was very clean and in a great location! We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful!

We love the bungalows! We have been to them 3 times now. Have a family of 6 and we are able to put all of our teens and even my 21 year old in the 2nd bedroom because it sleeps like 4! The dining table seats 6 as well plus 3 at the counter. The walk to the beach is doable, but learned this time to just go to the public beach down 30A right at Rom Thumb (2 palm trees on the roof turn left). Drop off family, park acrosss street in fee parking lot. It has a bathroom and rinse off station. We cooked meals, we played games and made great memories. Specifically. This is a great bungalow. Derrick and Thy provide extra little amenities like beach chairs and extra blankets and bigger beds for the kids room. And this bungalow is closer to the front entrance. They also responded to one small issue very quickly. Thank you!!!

This was such a cute house for a weekend getaway with some friends. It's also right across from the beach. The only note I have for the owner is their is not a fire extinguisher that we could find.

Great Week at the Bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was well-kept and clean. I love that there was space to move around. The only thing I would recommend adding is some kind of lock on the door that is out of a child's reach. When it happened, we were right with him, but our little boy unlocked the front door and walked outside. We were able to move the side table to the front of the door moving forward to keep this from happening again. We would definitely recommend the bungalow. Great price and wonderful, relaxing stay!

Off to a bad start

First, I want to say what happened was not the owners fault. When I arrived and put the code in the door and opened the door there was clothes and someone's stuff everywhere. About that time the property manager came up and said they were trying to contact the renters but they weren't responding. I had stopped at Publix and bought fruit and meat on the way to the condo. The manager contacted the owner and was told they would pay for my groceries and dinner for my family. I had more family members on their way to the condo and I was very upset. They called the police and everyone was worried that something happened to them. The manager and cleaners went in and put all their stuff in garbage bags and put them outside the conde. We went to dinner and when we returned there was garbage bags of stuff the renters didn't take still there. I called the property manager and ask that it be removed. There was also a crib and mattress that had been rented thrown outside the condo. I ask the property manager if the code on the door had been changed and he said no and was very gruff with me. I told him that me and my family needed to be safe and insisted the lock be changed. He was very rude and said he had worked very hard and was very busy. I told him the lock had to be changed. He said he would have to drive and hour away to get the lock and then drive an hour back and then put it on. I did not care. When he returned we ask him to fix the bathroom door downstairs because it was not on track and would not close. He said he would not fix it that night but would fix it tomorrow. When he returned the next day we told him the up stairs shower in the master would not turn on. He got a BIG screw and stuck it in the side of the shower handle so it would turn on and said that is all he had to fix it. It stayed that way all week. Also, the place was not very clean. I cleaned it the next morning. I was in contact with the owner and was told they were changing cleaners. I was reimbursed for groceries and dinner for my family. Because the owner (not the property manager) worked with me I would return. Overall we had a great time and loved the location and the pool.

Walked in to the smell of cleaning supplies. It was great! Everything was clean and perfect. Itā€™s a great area for kids and families. Quiet at night and only a block from the beach. The host stayed in touch and made sure everything was good. Couldnā€™t have asked or found a better place to stay. We canā€™t wait to come back!

Holiday getaway

My wife and I enjoyed this VRBO over the Christmas holidays and loved the proximity to the beach and all other spots 30a has to offer. The place came with everything we needed and was perfect!

Our first visit to Santa Rosa was in June of 2015. The purpose of the visit was just to spend time with family. We have a large family, and we love to get the kids together. We couldn't understand why our brother and his family always went to 30-A for vacation, but after the visit, we fell in love with the calm, peaceful, and fun environment. We decided to make this and our sister bungalow (unit 146) our vacation home. The Bungalows in Seagrove was perfect for us. The community is family friendly and the Bungalow itself is a home away from home.
