Tampa Bay Waterfront 2 bedroom 2.5 bath Townhome

New garage bar added!! We took our townhome off the rental market for several years due to Covid. We are now renting again. Our townhome is decoratedr it with the finest furnishings. We treat it as our second home, we live close by so we wanted it to be a place we could escape to but still have all the comforts of home. This townhome is unlike any other in the little harbor area. As you will see we offer many luxuries that the other townhomes do not. This townhome features upgraded furnishings, 4 terraces (2 overlook the serene mangroves with no obstruction) the other 2 overlook the property and you can see downtown St. Petersburg with the view of Tampa bay. There are many other amenities; 3 TVs, cable, internet, Roku, washer/dryer, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, kayaks. The master bedroom features a queen bed with en-suite bath and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed with en-suite bath. The sofa downstairs features a queen size sleeper. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need, blender, juicer, keurig, all stainless steel appliances.

The townhome is in the Resort & Club at Little Harbor which is on Tampa Bay between Tampa and Sarasota. The beach is just a few steps away from our home. On the beachfront you can enjoy full service dining all day, the tiki bar with live entertainment, and the beautiful sunsets over Tampa Bay. The community offers a private beach, heated pools, outdoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, basketball, volleyball, playground, jet ski rentals, boating, 2 marinas with slips and a fishing pier. When you rent our condo you will have all of this included, we pay the extra fee each month so you can have access to the hotel pool with gym etc.

We love, love, loved Ty and Jen's beautiful home!!

The area was so beautiful, we felt safe! Ty and Jen were so gracious and quick to respond to all of our questions. Their home was so beautifully decorated, we felt right at home! The beds were very comfortable, our week there was fabulous!! The sunset at the beach was breathtaking!!!!!!!

Absolutely enjoyable stay...

Ty and Jen had everything imaginable provided to make our stay enjoyable. The check-in process was straightforward and well explained in advance of our arrival. Jen called to ensure we had no problem getting settled and operating all of the building equipment including the TVs, which varies at different locations. The building is very comfortable and has three balconies, two on one side and one on the other. As I inferred, they thought and provided everything (and more) to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.... Dan and Louella

Great stay at a great property

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property in March, 2020. The property is exactly as advertised. It has all the comforts of home with great amenities. The owners are very responsive and great to deal with. They really went above and beyond what we expected, especially since we had to cut our trip short due to the Coronavirus issues. Thank-you Ty for being so gracious. We really enjoyed the Little Harbor and Ruskin area. The beach and resort restaurants are within walking distance, which is a real plus. We found plenty of areas in the Ruskin area for riding our bicycles. There are plenty of attractions that are a short car ride away, but because of all the closures we were not able to enjoy them. We were able to view manatees right from our balcony. A couple local eating spots we would recommend are The Fish House and The Dog House and More. Both are very close by. We definitely recommend this property and area for anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

Short walk to the beach

We loved our stay here! It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and there were a couple of restaurants down there also. We had to extend our stay and Ty and his wife made it super easy for us!

Beautiful townhouse.

Stayed at 2 other town homes in same development before and this one was the best. Felt like home. Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was available for our stay. Will look to stay here again if we are in the area.

A relaxing retreat

Well appointed and well laid out condo. Close enough to the beach and accommodations to walk. Nice layout for two couples with basically 2 master suites. Kitchen was adequate with enough kitchenware for most any meal. All in all, a nice place to relax and vacation. Would definitely stay at this place again.

A comfortable and relaxing stay

The owners were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. All important information for our stay was available. We had a great time swimming in the pool, seeing manatees and rays, and enjoying the sunshine! The condo was well stocked with necessities and it was just perfect for our stay. Comfy Beachy Townhouse...highly recommended ❤️

We stayed here for 2 weeks over Christmas and new year and absolutely loved it. It was quiet and relaxing and decorated in a beachy/nautical style that made you instantly feel like you were on vacation. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and even the balconies were nicely furnished. There were great local bars and restaurants if you didn’t want to drive for a night out. A choice of 3 pools and even a private beach. The hosts were extremely helpful. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful, relaxing, well appointed, in a word, Excellent!

We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort home, it had everything we needed and could possibly think of, and the amenities were excellent! Private, white sand beach, pools, a beautiful view from the back on the home, just the perfect place for a getaway! Very quick response to questions, very accommodating, all at a reasonable price! Great location

Good overall central location. Within 35 min drive to many nice gulf coast beaches as well as Tampa/Clearwater. Condo complex is quiet location but amenities (pools, restaurant and small beach area) are a distance away. Nice marina facilities. Condo is nicely decorated but upstairs carpet needs cleaning. Overall relaxing vacation and would recommend this location.

Enjoyed our stay on Little Harbor

Very nice townhouse on Little Harbor. Beds were comfortable as was the family room on the main floor. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall the house was nicely decorated and in a quiet location. The restaurant on the property - Sunset Grill at Little Harbor - was also very nice and close by.

Perfect place to escape the winter.

Staying in Little Harbor is always such a pleasure. But, staying in this property was exceptional. Our hosts are very accessible via text and respond in a timely manner. Walking into the townhouse felt like we arrived home! This is not just a rental property which is apparent in the decor and in all the extras that they leave to welcome their guests : toiletries, paper goods, cleaning supplies, coffee, cream, water and tons of beverages in the frig. We look forward to returning next winter. Thank you for allowing us into your lovely home.

Beautiful Get Away!!

Every year my family and I take a family vacation. We stayed here for a week, and could've stayed a lot longer! It was beautiful, and had everything thing we needed! The best part was being able to walk to the beach, or to the pool. This condo is decorated so beautiful.. we didn't want to leave! We would definitely come back!

Townhome at Little Harbor

This is a great property with an outstanding view off the 4 porches. It is well furnished with a washer and dryer. The neighbors are very nice and friendly even though most were winter residents renting for a couple of months. The owner was very responsive to a couple of minor issues. They well stock the unit with a lot of needed supplies when you are renting for a few months. We were there from Feb. 1 to April 2nd. Several great restaurants including Beanies, Poppis V, the Dog House and The Fish House. All are within 3 miles and on site is Hooks, which is a very good restaurant and there is also a grill with great weekend brunches. You are also within 7 miles of Sun City which has a hospital and several food stores and shopping as well as several restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We recently enjoyed a family vacation at this townhouse. The townhouse is beautifully decorated and is very clean. It is well stocked with anything you might need. The owner was very easy to work with. The owners left us a welcome basket with anything we might need in it. We traveled with a small child and she really enjoyed all the extras that they included for her. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out and relaxing on all of the balconies. We rented the kayaks and enjoyed kayaking in the mangroves. We spent one day relaxing on the beach at Little Harbor. The resort has well kept grounds and lots of amenities to choose from. We highly recommend this townhouse!

Great Place!!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying in this great condo. This beach condo gives you all the amenities you could you want from kayaks, pools, beach access, restaurants and bars all within a short walk. We couldn't have been more happy about the cleanliness and cute beach style this rental delivered. We highly recommend that you stay at this property!

Fantastic!

My girlfriends and I stayed here the weekend before my wedding and it was perfect. Access to surrounding pools, beach, restaraunts and tiki bars all within walking distance. Condo is decorated wonderfully to make you feel right at home and kitchen is ready with everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

We live just 30min north of our new condo and use it every chance possible. We purchased to enjoy the quick getaway for fishing, kayaking, nature and the overall relaxation of the area. Our ideal vision was to have my midwestern parents spend the winters here close to grandkids out of the snow / cold. Unfortunately due to back surgery and long recovery, mom wont be able to travel for awhile. This is not a condo we purchased for rental reasons. It was purchased for family enjoyment and decorated the same way.

We selected this property based on ease of access from our home. We can go from our culdesac house in North Tampa and within 30 min we can be sitting at the tiki bar enjoying the sunset or out fishing. The condo feels comfortable and with great views. Walking out the back door of the garage you can drop the kayaks in the water and fish. Or you can jump in the car and be in downtown Tampa or St. Petersburg within 20 min.
