Location:
Perfect for couples or families of 4 looking for a tranquil retreat, this apartment is attached to a 2 storey home located in a private high-end neighborhood known as Halcyon Heights in Holetown, St. James.
It features a relaxed décor with an open plan design in the living room, dining room and kitchen area, plus two spacious bedrooms with air condition units, built-in closets and one bathroom. There is a patio looking out on to the surrounding gardens where there is a variety of tropical ornamental plants. A convenient parking area is available within the yard to allow secured, easy entry and exit.
We are in close proximity to Limegrove Lifestyle Centre which offers excellent Restaurants, Bars, and popular brand name stores including Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, TAG Heuer and Longchamp to name a few. A 10-to-15-minute walk gives access to Barbados' prime west coast white sandy beaches and the diverse dining experiences which are also part of what Holetown offers visitors from all over the world. Major Supermarket - Massy Supercentre, medical facility - Sandy Crest and options of international banks such as Republic Bank, RBC Royal Bank and First Caribbean International bank are all within a short distance.
A trip to the capital city of Bridgetown is also
a snap.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing us to prepare several meals during our stay. The property is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from the supermarket, with numerous excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Additionally, the owner kindly provided beach towels, which proved to be a valuable amenity for our coastal excursions.

We appreciate the great comments from these excellent guests. We were happy to see them at home in our apartment. As repeat visitors to Barbados and the west coast area, they moved around comfortably in their rental vehicle, which fit perfectly in the designated parking area. The wide selection of nearby beaches and convenient shopping options available ensured they enjoyed this location. It would be our pleasure to welcome them back again !

We really enjoyed our stay, the property is in a good location and we could easily get to the supermarket and beach in Holetown. The property is very private and we liked having the outdoor seating area surrounded by palm trees. Sonia was helpful, giving us some food and drink to get us started with our shopping which we really appreciated after a long flight. Can't wait to be back in Barbados!

While our location is surrounded by several options of restaurants, beaches and shops which allow persons to truly enjoy Barbados, having a rental vehicle makes so many more attractions across the island easily accessible as well. We really appreciate the kind comments Pauline has shared and would love to welcome her and Mike back to our apartment because they were perfect guests. It was our pleasure to have them stay with us. We had it all for our dream vacation - Warm welcome from Sonia and Ian, home from home with everything we need inside, great and prompt support from Sonia. Sonia and Ian had perfect and vast knowledge about local places to visit and see -We regretting not to ask many questions about it. But we hope to see them again and follow their recommendations in future.

This is a lovely apartment; the area was so quiet and peaceful. The inside was beautifully decorated, room cozy and clean and the added surprise was that the kitchen was well equipped for a great stay. Recommending it to my friends for their Cropover stay.

Holetown excellence

Sonia and Ian were excellent hosts! The property was exactly as described, very clean and well equipped, close to all amenities. Daily parade of green monkeys was a bonus! Highly recommend.

The location is nice and lay back. Very quiet and safe.

My stay was great,The host was very warm and always checking in on me. I love the settings. Very clean cozy and comfortable. I definitely would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful Holetown

Visiting to watch test cricket and was very pleased to have chosen Holetown and Sonia and Ian’s unit. Our costs were welcoming and continually assisted. The walk to shops and beaches could be a challenge for some but becomes easier each time. I’d recommend visitors join a snorkeling and turtle watching tour, that was fantastic.Over a fantastic experience and Australia won the test!Mark from Kincumber, Australia

Perfect haven

While we only spent 5 nights, we have to say it was the perfect place for us and highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay for a much longer time. Holetown Value

Stayed for 9 days at the apartment and it was close enough to walk to beach and shopping but a bit of a climb coming back so perfect if you have a car. We rented a vehicle and it worked out fine for us. Nice quiet location. Extremely lovely hosts that accommodated any requests we had. Would recommend this apartment.

It was a pleasure hosting Carolyn. We always recommend that visitors get a car wherever possible, so that they can access all of the options available on the island. Whether it's a restaurant close to us in Holetown, the fish and other delicacies in Oistins or surfing and kayaks on the East Coast. Apartment was just what we needed. Quiet, safe neighborhood with all the necessary amenities. Owners were great to work with - very hands off, but able to answer all questions when needed. Would stay here again.

Suited us down to the ground, quiet, lovely shaded area for morning coffee, host very helpful; walk back didn’t bother us but lack of any pavement won’t suit some.

Great place to stay. Close to beach, stores and restaurants. Would definitely come back. The main road to the beach has no sidewalk in places. Could be an issue for some, especially at night. Recommend a taxi at night if you don’t rent a car. Unit is very clean, well equipped and quiet.

Great Winter Break

Check in was quick and efficient.Apartment spacious well equipped and comfortable, all as advertised. Safe , quiet neighbourhood. Strong Wi-Fi . Sonia & Ian available by WhatsApp but not intrusive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return

This property is very clean and situated in a beautiful neighborhood. However, transportation is a must OR plan for a hired vehicle (Taxi, etc). The hosts are very accommodating and wonderful a couple. Sonia (owner) made sure I had everything to my comfort and would check in periodically to ask if I needed anything. I felt at home and slept well. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend booking this property.

Smartest way to enjoy the platinum coast!

Smooth sailing all the way. Quiet neighborhood, lovely hosts who were very easy to reach for anything. We interacted primarily with Sonia. All as advertised. Great location, strong wifi. Super convenient for easily accessing west coast beaches and establishments. Highly recommend!

Great feedback always appreciated. We were pleased to welcome this family. The WiFi is often used for work, so it is important that it is always strong. Communication with guests is a breeze generally and even more so when they are on WhatsApp. The variety of restaurants in Limegrove and surrounding areas is certainly a plus for our location.
