4 Bedroom Lake House With Spacious Deck To Relax And View The Lake

Located directly on Park lake, less than 3 hours from Chicago, 30 minutes from the Dells, 20 minutes from Cascade Mountain and 45 minutes from Madison.

Nightly fee is good for 12 guests. Each additional guest up to 18 guests will be $15 per guest per night

We have a kitchen that has been completely remodeled and brand new appliances in Fall 2015, fully equipped with cooking and service ware. Plenty of pots and pans, dishware, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeepot, toaster and deep fryer for a fish fry.

2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath.
Two were remodeled in 2018 and all have been freshly painted since 2018

Brand new front porch installed in April 2018

Two large bedrooms have brand new carpet as of April 2018

Gas Grill (Propane included)
Charcoal Grill (Charcoal, Lighter fluid, grilling utensils included)

Fire pit near the water.

Fire wood is not provided
Next door neighbor sells firewood
Firewood is also available at mobile gas station, Kwik Trip and on the side of the road just out side of town past the Piggly wiggly at a stand


Washer and Dryer are available to use.

Game room with air hockey, bubble hockey, foosball.

Hulu and WiFi included.

There is central heat/air and each room has a ceiling fan

Kayaks and paddle board are included with your rental- 4 Life jackets included.

Property features your own private seawall with a sandy swimming bottom. Water depth is 2.5' at the seawall

Park Lake has Crappie, Bass, Catfish, Walleye, Bluegill and Northern Pike.

You can dock one boat to the seawall

Just a few things to do in the area for the summer:

Fishing, Swimming, Boating, Parks, golf course and Amish Communities with fresh bakery and grocery store.
On a rainy day nearby portage offers bowling, movie theater and small town shops.
In the winter time you are near Cascade Mountain for Skiing, near by snowmobile trail and ice fishing.

Chandler Park Across the bay offers Public Swimming beach, park, volleyball nets, basketball hoops, Baseball Diamond, nice road for a relaxing walk with great lake views.
This is about a 5 mintue walk from the house

Caddy Shack, Lucky Aces, Johnny B's and old Chicago are bar/ Grill with many things on the menu. Cafe on the Way has a great morning breakfast. Carol's Cones is a great stop for ice cream and quick snack
Antique store, Piggly Wiggly grocery store, Kwik Trip, Dollar General

This is an older house so it comes with a staircase that is a littler steeper than your newer homes. All bedrooms are on the second floor and there is a pull out couch in the garage.

This was my family's annual lake house weekend getaway - we are a larger group and this home had enough for all of us to do during our stay - SUP boards, kayaks, board games, game room, fishing, etc. The nearby park and beach were an added bonus. The house had enough sleeping spaces and sitting areas to accommodate all of us, especially during the rainy parts of our stay. Our only callouts, the seawall was a bit challenging for the littles to navigate in and out of the water, and on our very hot, humid (day) arrival, it would've been nice to walk into a little bit cooler temperature in the house. Overall, our stay was great - thank you for sharing your property with us!

This was our 7th annual Sibling Weekend. The house had plenty of sleeping spaces and sitting areas to accommodate all of us. Our only wish was a ladder to get in and out of water for us older people Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Always a good time

This was our second time at this house. I planned a trip with my dance group to ski at Cascade Mountain. House was as advertised and fits everyone with no problems! House is clean and lots of bed options

Great place for a family fishing tournament

The first impression was not a lakehouse vibe as you are right in town on the road across the water from the town park with neighbors nearby. However, neighbors were super nice and hospitable and this place became near perfect for us... a big family swimming, fishing, kayaking, nightfishing and campfiring by the water with all the space and stuff we needed.

Great place, easy booking

Had a great time hosting an annual ski trip for my dance group. We went to Cascade Mountain (23mins) and the house filled our needs! lots of room for everyone, location was amazing and my group wants to come back in the summer! I think this house would really shine in the summer with being on the water and having kayaks and all that. But it was awesome for skiing too! The layout really worked for the group and the view out the windows in the morning were incredible!

Nice Stay for a few Nights

The lake house was nice for a long weekend away with extended family. It is an older home but has some budget friendly upgrades in the bathrooms and kitchens. Having 4 bedrooms with plenty of beds was really nice for each family to have personal space and their own bed to sleep in. The mattresses were old and not very comfortable, but linens were clean and it was ok for a couple nights. There was also a large living space in the garage that was really nice for gathering as a family. Kitchen was spacious and had newer appliances. Bathrooms were clean, there is not enough hot water for larger groups to all use at a similar time and toilet paper is not provided for the entire stay. The stuff that was there upon arrival was 1-ply. Having stayed in plenty of rental homes, I would've expected this to be provided but we were asked to bring our own. Beautiful, large deck with view of lake and perfect location walk to main streets or park, friendly neighbors. The provided kayaks and paddle boards were in rough shape. Some were molding and falling/tearing apart, tons of spiders living in one, seats falling out, etc...still usable but not great condition or very appealing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this house and plan to again next year. However, knowing what we do about certain aspects of the stay, we will plan differently to make things a bit more comfortable.

Wedding weekend retreat

This home was the perfect place for our family to stay as we gathered for our son’s wedding at a nearby venue. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the large deck and lake. Well furnished and comfortable. Easy walking distance to grab a sandwich, some pizza or an adult beverage or two.

Great location

We had a great time. The location and amenities were fantastic. The view from the kitchen was beautiful on a very quiet part of the lake. We were able to swim, kayak, paddle board on the property. We walked to the park and coffee shop. Very fun place for family camp.

Family vacation

Everything for the most part was in good working order. Great accommodations for the families. A couple of the kayaks were quite dirty and had to be cleaned before use but minor inconvenience. Broken leg on foosball table could have caused some potential problems with little kids running around. Kitchen was nice and large and well furnished, bedrooms were great for the families that came. Wonderful lakeside setting with easy access to water and wonderful no-wake lake made it very safe for kids to enjoy the water right off the end of the property. Nice dock area for the boat.

Large home in a cute small town

This house is a great rental for a large group. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The deck, in person, was vastly different from the pictures. It needed a good power wash and paint. The outside furniture is also little beat up and definitely needed to be washed. The yard was smaller than I thought but still enough room to play and relax. The lake was nice, just a little bit of a hike to get out of the no wake zone. We loved walking to the ice cream shoppe and coffee shop in town. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to both. It was a nice stay and a fun place for a lakeside vacation.

2022 vacation

Everything was great! This was our second stay. Hope to book for 2023. The lake is calm so it was perfect for our 15 month and 4 yr old grandgirls. Park, and resturants within walking distance. House and property were clean. Quiet neighborhood. We all enjoyed our stay!!

Weekend of fun!

Had a great time spending the weekend with friends at this property. Had zero issues during our stay. Rented a couple pontoon boats for a day and the water was warm enough to swim in. Just enough space in backyard to feel comfortable playing music and games.

Return visit

This is our second time renting the house for a family Christmas vacation. Owners very easy to work with and house is clean and spacious. Will continue to rent when back in the area.

We come from a large family so this house serves its purpose for hosting our family gatherings. With 3 boys active in sports we are unable to spend every weekend on the lake so we would like to offer the opportunity to share our house with you to build your own memories.
