The ā€œMountain Oasisā€ is a beautiful 5,400sq ft. contemporary home located near Piestewa Peak Mountain-formerly known as Squaw Peak. Backs up to the mountain preserves so plenty of hiking trails. Watch the gorgeous sunset with city views while relaxing in the spa on the front elevated patio.

This house is the ultimate corporate or family/friend retreat and sleeps up to 18 guests! The house is built very well so I encourage louder music and voices inside. The only drawback to this property is that sounds echo throughout the mountain preserve which is disturbing to my incredible neighbors. If youā€™re looking to throw a wild party this home isnā€™t a good fit.

Conveniently located near the 51 freeway and only 15min to Downtown entertainment, 18min to airport & 25min to Old Town Scottsdale.

The home comes fully equipped with all the essentials such as new furniture, carpet, linens, towels, toiletries, amenities, dishes, WiFi and much more. Book your next vacation here for a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

Wonderful family stay

We booked the house for a funeral/family reunion and had nothing short of a marvelous time. Everything was as described, and Carla was the perfect host. We had several questions before we occupied, as well as during, and her responsiveness was exemplary. We would book this house again with hesitation.

Phoenix guys trip

Had a great stay. The house is inviting, well located and very peaceful. I think the views from the back porch are underrated! We enjoyed relaxing and hiking from this home to the surrounding areas. Carla is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Fabulous house!

Plenty of room for a group of 16, there was a need to keep the noise level down because of the canyon and close neighbors. Would not be appropriate for loud groups, but very enjoyable for our family of mostly adults.

Perfect for our family reunion

Fifteen family members gathered for a cousins reunion. The house is beautiful with great views from all balconies and rooms. We hiked everday directly from the backyard. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and other essentials. We enjoyed the game room too. We will come back.

Annual Guys Trip

The house was great for a large group of friends to spend some time together. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and pool area especially during a hot summer. Downstairs served as a great man cave to hang out watching sports with plenty of bar style games to entertain. The property is at the base of a moderately difficult hike which we took to the summit. The view was incredible overlooking all of Phoenix. All around a great stay and highly recommended.

Great Home with Something for Everyone

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Carla was very prompt and easy to work with. The home had lots of room for our large group and many ways to have fun. The only flaw to me seemed to be a lack of seating in the main floor living space and that the bath towels might be ready to be replaced. Obviously, neither of these things are a make or break. We had a great time & enjoyed the home.

Great large scale AZ rental property

Very nice place that can handle a large group. We had a family milestone birthday with 14 people including children. Everyone had a very nice time. The backyard is great, looks straight out at the mountains. House was clean and was in good order. Homeowner was quick to reply and went above and beyond (even handled a request via Amazon while we were there). We were able to coordinate the house being decorated for the birthday party prior to arrival.

Fantastic House

We were in Phoenix for 9 days and needed a house that could hold 15 of us. The house was everything we could gave wanted and more. Plenty of outdoor space to spread out and not be on top of each other and the basement recreation room was just the thing when the temperature hit 115 degrees or the kids wanted to hang out after 10pm. Carla was very responsive to the one issue, it was fixed with the hour. Also great hiking trails behind the house if you like great views of the city. Overall we had a great stay and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with a big group. Thanks Carla for a great stay.

Great location, nice house

Overall had a great trip to Phoenix. Carla is easily reachable and responds quickly to emails. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and its location makes it easy to get most anywhere, plus, hiking is available right outside the back gate! The games (pool table, ping pong, shuffle board, etc.) in the basement made it easy to keep kids entertained and the pool was fun, though a bit chilly. The house had nearly everything you would need (though a toaster would have been nice). The only concern we had was the house could use a good deep cleaning. Nothing terrible but just looked like the carpets could use a good steam cleaning and the showers could use a good scrubbing. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip and the home worked well for our family group of 13.

Family Get Together in Phoenix

We had a family get together of between 13-15 adults (a family of 4 siblings with their spouses and adult children with their spouses/significant others). The house served us very well! It was very clean and in good condition. We had no problems with any of the amenities, plumbing, etc. The kitchen had everything you might need, the grill was in working order, and the property is nicely landscaped. The basement had numerous activities like ping pong, shuffleboard, and table games. The pool was very small and not heated. The basketball hoop in the garage was a pop-a-shot type game, not a basketball hoop as one might envision. There are numerous large televisions with streaming service available. The location was good overall with easy access to major roads and easy distance to Sky Harbor (15 min), Scottsdale (about 20-25 min), activities north of Phoenix, and hiking (literally out the back of the home and numerous trails within 15 minutes). The immediate neighborhood was nice but it got less nice very quickly. The check in process was seamless and the host was very pleasant, easy to contact, and replied promptly. If I recall correctly, the home truly has 6 bedrooms, one of which was very small. Then there was a room off the main living area on the main floor with a pullout that we used for a sleeping space. Lastly, there were two spaces in the basement that were separated by curtains that have beds for sleeping. So, to be accurate, I would call this a 6 BR home with 3 additional areas for sleeping. This setup served us well. There were two things that I found a bit unconventional. The first is that there was a fifth wheel type structure on the property directly adjacent to the kitchen wall. Someone was there most, if not all, of the time. We had no problems with this or direct interactions with the occupant. The second was the host's obvious concern about noise level. There are references to this on the VRBO listing, numerous reminders posted around the home, and there were direct messages sent to me by the host. It was addressed so many times I began to be concerned about possible fines for making too much noise. In the end, this was not an issue and I feel we interacted in a normal fashion and were not in any way hindered by the noice restraint. Overall, this is an excellent property and I would highly recommend it. We were blessed to be able to stay here and make lifetime memories with family.
