Amazing 3-bed Villa with Private Pool, nr sandy Beach and Golf, Wi-Fi

Beautiful, spacious 3-bed (2 baths) villa furnished to a high standard with private pool in La Fiesta residential area of Quesada. Bars, shops, restaurants within easy access. Car recommended. Ideally located to having a peaceful family holiday. Quesada is situated 5 km away from the sandy beach of Guardamar. Similarly, 2 minutes drive will take us to La Marquesa Golf Club.
The Villa is fully air-conditioned. Flat screen TV (multi-language), bluetooth loudspeaker, fiber optic wi-fi are available.
The kitchen is completely equipped with a large fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The living room is spacious with a three-seater and two-seater sofas and 1 armchair. The separate dining area will accommodate six to eat comfortably. Winter heating is by fireplace and air-conditioners.
There are two entrances, one from the pool area and one from the gate with 3 steps.
There is a designed, attractive garden area with a private pool of 8X4 meters (salt operated) and sunbathing area complete with garden furniture, barbecue, and sunbeds. The spacious covered balcony offers beautiful views over the area. Off-street parking.
In Quesada and Torrevieja there are many great restaurants, especially the local Spanish seafood restaurants, but there are also English, German, Swedish, Chinese and more types of food found here. Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbor. The scenery is compelling with the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland.
There are five more cities within easy reach by car: Alicante and Benidorm (with theme parks of Terra Mítica, Mundomar) to the north, Elche ( with its large palm forest) to the northwest, Murcia to the west and Cartegena with its historic Roman architecture to the south.
You might enjoy the open-air markets that are regularly held at numerous locations nearby (Campo de Guardamar, Guardamar, Torrevieja) or you might choose for high-class shopping in Torrevieja Habaneras shopping center or in Alicante El Corte Ingles department store.
Quesada: Quesada is 5 km away from the sandy beach of Guardamar with its recognized blue flag beach. There are numerous other ' blue flag ' beaches in the Costa Blanca area: La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura.
Ciudad Quesada boasts an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and amenities including banks, chemists, dentists, a medical center, town hall, and supermarkets.
There is a Water Park in the town open during June, July and August. The park offers a swimming pool, supervised water slides, a restaurant, and a beautiful lawned area.
There are a municipal tennis court and a bowling facility where visitors are welcome.
La Marquesa Golf and Country Club is an 18 hole championship course. Golfers can enjoy the clubhouse and its bar and restaurant are open to golfers and families alike.

Fly to Alicante (ALC) or Murcia (MJV) Airports. Villa Sara is located 35 minutes drive from both airports.
Car hire is easy and can be arranged in advance for airport collection through the internet.
