Luxurious Custom Private Home - Tediously kept beautiful

108 Klack is an incredible home with lots of family space and beautiful bedrooms. It is a completely custom home, decorated in warm jewel tones and entirely hand painted. It is a 4 bedroom/4.5 bath mountain home that sleeps up to 12 and has all of the amenities needed for a large group or multi-family vacation. The great room offers expansive views of the Ten Mile Range and connects to a large open kitchen and dining room. The fully-equipped kitchen features top of the line appliances. The spacious granite island includes a four-chair eat-in breakfast bar and the formal dining table seats eight to ten comfortably. The basement is a great feature with it's own bar, large television, comfortable large sofa, and 4 twin beds. It is a nice way to divide adults and children/teens ... it is a very comfortable room.

Location - This custom home is an easy walk to the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle, ice skating at the Breckenridge Ice Arena, sledding & tubing at Carter Park, as well as charming Main Street offering numerous shopping and dining options. The shuttle stop is located approximately 2 blocks away on French Street, giving you easy ski slope access within minutes.

Amenities - The lower level living area is filled with fun activities and is perfect for large families or groups. Bring everyone together with a game of foosball or darts. Or, simply relax on the huge sofa. There is a full-sized wet bar, wine refrigerator and full size refrigerator.

Additionally, the back patio features a private hot tub, gas fireplace and a gas grill.

Great family stay in Breckenridge!

We stayed here with our two kids, and two other families with young kids. This house was absolutely perfect for us, and the host is very kind and responsive. Would recommend to anyone visiting - especially groups!

Amazing property and very helpful hosts!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! There is tons of space and the hosts were extremely helpful. The view, patio area, kitchen, and bedrooms are all great. The hosts were very helpful and the home was very clean when we checked in. I highly recommend visiting this property if you have the chance.

Fabulous house and location!

We had such an amazing time at Susan’s property for our ski weekend. The house had plenty of room for 10 of us to be comfortable. Walking distance to town and the ski lifts made things very easy. I would absolutely look to stay here again when visiting Breckenridge.

Perfect for our family

The house was perfect for our 12 person family gathering. Children slept in the basement. Adults had their own rooms. Kitchen was great. Easy walk to town. Four car parking available but with no street parking we were jockeying cars a little.

Beautiful spacious home

This home is exactly as described. It is very nice. Perfect for our group of 9 (2 families). Well stocked. Great location. Half mile or less to Main Street and the village at Peak 9. There are also several bus stops very close, but we usually walked. Owner was very responsive and super sweet. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer in Breck

After several ski trips to Summit County, we finally made a summer visit and now I completely understand the hype! Summer is incredible with so many outdoor activities - and most of them are very close to this beautiful house. Hiking, biking, fishing, Breck resort activities, shopping, eating, drinking, etc... The house was pretty incredible and very spacious. Seemed even bigger than the what the pictures portrayed. Very nice open kitchen to the family room. Plenty of seating for 12, and room to spread out in the family room. We hired a chef for one of our dinner's and she was fantastic - the set up of the room allowed us to watch and learn/taste test as she was cooking. House was clean and very functional. The 6th bedroom is actually a small converted office that only has a curtain for a door and a rollout bed, but nonetheless it worked. Also, the house has a lot of stairs, so be prepared to catch your breath in the high altitude. The basement made up for the small office/bedroom - humongous! Please note the the basement sleeping area is part of the basement entertaining area, but we just utilized it as a giant bedroom because there was plenty of entertainment space upstairs in the kitchen/family room area. Hot tub was great after some long hikes. House is in a beautiful neighborhood with many $2M+ homes and very close to some great short hikes with incredible views. Also, about 2 blocks to Breckenridge Brewery. And maybe a half male or so to the gondola if you want to go up on Breck. We used this for a family reunion with 12 adults and we were very comfortable. We would definitely consider it again.

House located close to downtown in beautiful neighborhood. Owner communication and check in easy. Lots of room in house for our extended family of twelve. Things that need to be improved are windows that don’t function well, hot upstairs bedrooms because of no ceiling fans, many light bulbs burnt out, fire pit stones in need of repair and many window blinds not working well

Family Time in Breckenridge!

The house was roomy and well-stocked. We were able to have our own spaces as well as have a place to gather together. We loved being able to walk to the park (and Pickleball!) and to restaurants and shops in town.

Ok Stay

The house was a good size for our group of 10 adults. The location was super convenient and less than a 10 minute walk to town. For the value of the the cost per night, we were disappointed for the following reasons: 1. there was no toilet paper or paper towels when we arrived (and no offer to replenish or reimburse from the host). 2. The family Christmas decorations were still up mid-March 3. There were not enough pots and pans to realistically cook for the number of guests. The pans that were there were poor quality. 4. No curtains in some of the bedrooms 5. Stains, rips, and heavy wear on most of the furniture 6. Excessive family photos/ personal decorations and knick knacks. In addition there were random shoes / clothes all over the home. 7. Blood stains on the basement bathroom rug (ew!) 8. Garage opener does not work from the outside

Beautiful Home.. Perfect Location!

We rented the home for a girls getaway/bridal shower and it was perfect. The home was beautiful, had more than enough space for our group of 11 and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect; quiet neighborhood and writhing walking distance to downtown which had everything you could possibly need. Susan was so kind and very responsive to my questions. If we are ever back in Breckenridge we will look to stay here!

Wonderful house close to the ski resort.

Our family had a fantastic time and we would recommend it to any family looking to book a ski trip. The home was stocked with everything you'd need in the kitchen to prepare family meals. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. The garage is large and made.it easy for us to store our skis and snowboards. It was just a great place and we would stay again. Ryan

Perfect for our family!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this home in Breckenridge. It was perfect for our family of 4 grown daughters, 3 son-in-laws, and 4 little ones. It is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. We are a big cooking family and we thoroughly enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and dining area. It is easily within walking distance of "the train park" for the kids as well as strolling down Main Street. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again in a heart beat!

We purchased this home in 2002 and we have enjoyed it so much! Our family has grown up here. We are a family of 5 and live south of Denver. We have invited the same families year over year and have made many awesome memories there!

This coming season we will be traveling and so we decided to share this beautiful property with you.

Once we decided to purchase a mountain home, we wanted convenience to Denver, we wanted a family oriented town. We live on a ranch, so we thought it would be fun to live in walking distance of everything. It is a great change of pace.

We just love the kitchen and living room. The beautiful fireplace and incredible view are so welcoming. The home is casual yet somehow elegant. Our home is well maintained, is beautifully painted, and is appointed with western artwork.

The home is on 3 levels. There is a main floor master, 3 bedrooms upstairs and in the basement, there are 4 twin beds set up in an open area.

There is a beautiful patio for apre' ski time... soak in the hot tub, enjoy sitting by our beautiful gas fireplace and grill on our Lynx Grill.

This is a very comfortable home. It sits beautifully on the lot and has amazing views. You will definitely enjoy your time in our home.
