This studio is located on 3/4 acre with one additional home at the front of the property. It was finished in 2019 and everything in it is new. It is near and easily accessible to the Las Vegas Convention Center, the famous Las Vegas Strip, and the famous Downtown Las Vegas. Major freeways are also near and easily accessible. There is one queen size bed with queen size dresser and 2 night stands, full bathroom with tub and shower, complete kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, all cooking pots and pans, toaster, all cooking utensils and dishes. It has its own barbecue outside on the covered patio as well as patio table and chairs. Full size, top-of-the-line washer and dryer are also included as well as table and chairs for eating, a love seat with recliners for 2 to watch TV or read, and an additional matching rocker/recliner. Parking is right in front of the unit. This studio has everything that you will need for your time in Las Vegas.
