You will enjoy the entire house. 3 Bedrooms & 2.5 Bathrooms, All 3 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, Master bedroom is located downstairs and has its own private bath and double sink. Located in the downstairs hallway is your half bath. Upstairs you have a full bathroom with 2 more bedrooms with full bathroom.

You will enjoy the entire house. Free off street parking and fenced yard. Lovely neighborhood in a new construction home beautifully decorated for comfort and socializing. I guarantee more fun and New Orleans culture than you expect all within minutes from this New Orleans home. Bayou St John/City Park Area.

Steps from the Lafitte St. Green Way a biking and walking path that leads to the foot of the French Quarter. Looking to walk or bike to the French Quarter? Walking is a 40 min walk and Biking about 20-25 min. Want to rent a bike to tour the city? Rent here and your within blocks of bike station & Famous Park Way Tavern and Bayou Boogloo.
Need MORE SPACE? This beauty is a double message me to rent both sides.

I loved this house!! It was perfect for our family and finding a place with 2 full baths AND a half bath was amazing! Close to the Canal street car line and easily accessible to many grocery stores!! Nice neighborhood and easy to get to and from the Quarter! I would absolutely stay here again.

We never met our host, but she communicated with us and answered a few questions we had. The house was very clean and well-equipped with amenities. For our stay in New Orleans the location was perfect.

This was a really nice clean property in the heart of Mid City

This property was very clean and organized, and the host was very accommodating. It is located near tons of restaurants and bars, which impressed me. I recommend this property. .

This was the perfect house for our annual girls trip. 4 queens beds in 3 bedrooms plus 2.5 baths meant we had more than enough room for everyone to rest comfortably. There’s a walking/biking path across the street and the trolley is only a short walk away. Plus there are several bars/ restaurants within a short walk (Bayou Beer Garden has a great outdoor atmosphere and Neyow’s has the most delicious food). We also walked about 1.5 miles to City Park to check out the botanical garden and a Cafe Du Monde location. Highly recommend.

Wonderful VRBO Stay

Wonderful home to stay in for a short visit, three days, to New Orleans. The home was exactly as described. I would highly suggest staying when visiting NOLO.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The neighborhood isn’t the safest but we felt safe with the alarm system. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The couch cushions were a little worn out but it was still comfortable.

Great location!

We stayed at this great property a year ago, so it was the first place I thought of when planning another visit to New Orleans. The location is easy walking distance to some great restaurants like Parkway Tavern and just down the greenway from a great coffee shop called French Truck Coffee. Amazing pastries! It’s also easy to get a short ride to the quarter or walk to City Park. We felt very safe and there’s even street parking. The place was very clean and well appointed. We will definitely come again!

Great spot near the French Quarter

We attended essence festival and we were able to enjoy getting to all the festivities easily from where we were staying. The home was extremely clean and spacious and my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely choose this place again. Thanks.

New Orleans Fun!

In town for a conference and invited family and friends along. Great location and Gorgeous Condo. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is nice and stocked with any pot, pan or gadget. Our first pick when back in NOLA.

We really enjoyed our stay in New Orleans and the home was perfect for my family. The check-in process was simple, the host communicated well and responded very quickly. The pictures of the home match exactly to what you see when you arrive. The house is walking distance to several local restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in a great location

This property was perfect for our group of four. It was immaculate and well appointed with everything we needed, even a little welcome basket. It’s rare to find a place like this with old world charm but still new and modern. The location was easy walking distance to City Park and a quick car ride to the French Quarter. Parkway Tavern and Bakery is just down the street too. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful Place

We enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean everything works. Enough towels for 7 people lol. Have alarm for your peace of mind. 15 min. Convention center, airport and bourbon street. Will sty again if we have an opportunity.

Wonderful!!

We were visiting NOLA for my daughter's birthday. We had a wonderful time! The house was a short Uber ride to anywhere we went. We have visited many Vrbo properties and I have to say this one was at the top of our list. Everything from reservation to checkout was hassle free! Then top that off by how nice the house was. When we come back we will definitely book again. Thanks for helping to make our trip a success!!

Great Family Getaway

Our family of eight recently stayed at this VRBO property in New Orleans and it was the perfect place for our group. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated all of us. The location was great - just a short drive (or walk to streetcar) to all the famous attractions in the city. The kitchen was well-equipped and it was nice to have a few cups of coffee provided. Rochelle responded to our questions quickly and had great activities and dining options for the whole group. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to other families looking for a comfortable and convenient base for exploring New Orleans.

Excellent Place to Stay in NOLA

Great house! Newly updated. Everything was as described. Plenty of space to spread out. Excellent location to get where you want to go in NOLA. Max of 20 minutes to everywhere. Only issue that owner can’t control is streets under construction. Hopefully this will be done soon. Would definitely stay there again!

Girls Trip Perfection!

This place is absolutely amazing! We stayed at the place for three days for a girls trip. There were five of us ladies. Pulling up to the property was a little uneasy because the looks of the neighborhood. Entering the property and staying at the property was nothing short of amazing. The property is so beautiful and clean and made us ladies feel safe, beautiful and relaxed. We never had any problems of any sorts. I would stay here a million times.

Overall very nice!

I really enjoyed the house but I don’t think you’d want to have eight people trying to stay there, it’s quaint but compact. The Wi-Fi was in and out so we couldn’t really use our tablets but the house was very cute and worked very well for what we needed.

Thank you so much for your review. I really wished you would have contacted me to tell me the Wi-Fi was in and out and I would have sent a signal and got on phone with cox to problem solve. Unfortunately we can’t remedy issues that we are unaware of. For your future trips always better to reach out to the host with any issues as this is the 1st I’m hearing of this.
