Newly built in 2015, with its landscaping completed in June 2016, Ilaali is now ready to welcome its first vacationers. Just about 15 minutes from Le Massif ski hill and Baie St-Paul. Over 4500 ft2 of space to host up to 10 people, to relax after a day in the Charlevoix surroundings, with skiing, hiking, golf, local food products, water sports. For a peaceful vacation and a stunning dream view of the St-Lawrence River, you got it right. An exceptional and unobstructed view of the St-Lawrence River, from Iles aux Coudres to Le Massif, will highlight your stay. This chic mountain lodge style house stands out the steep mountainous slopes Charlevoix. Both interior decoration and exterior design are fully harmonized with sea and mountain sceneries of Charlevoix. The south facing side is entirely covered with windows, with a cathedral ceiling in the living room and a dream chef kitchen. Very unique labradorite granite stone for the ten feet long kitchen island, as well as for all bathrooms countertops. Multi-zone audio system in the dining and living rooms on the main living level. Home theater in the walkout basement, with pool, and hockey ping-pong tables, as well as outside hot tub. Three bedrooms upstairs with a TV unit and in suite full bathroom; two more bedrooms downstairs. High chair and play-den crib combo set available for infant/young child. Change and drying room for après-ski or other outdoor activities.

Plenty of space for family and friends gatherings, away from the busy city life. Guaranteed confort in all seasons, with geothermal in-floor hydronic radiant heating and air conditioning. Hardwood and natural stone floors throughout the house, as well as antique wood-looking ceramic walls in showers and tubs. BBQ on covered and elevated deck of 75 feet long, facing the St-Lawrence River. SPA and wood fireplace on the lower ground level, with stunning views of the St-Lawrence River as unique backdrop. Amazing stay and ski in the Charlevoix

5 adult couples rented this beautiful house for a long weekend. Everything was perfect. Hot tub hot, house beautiful, clean, well equipped, and very spacious. Kitchen large and a pleasure to work in. Pictures do not do the place full justice. The views and the landscape are amazing. Plenty of space for 10 adults, even if you wanted to slip away for quiet time. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have beautiful ensuites, the other two share a nice bathroom. All the beds are very comfortable. Pool table is fun, but we preferred it in ping-pong mode! About 20 minutes to the top of Le Massif, and the skiing was great. About the same to lovely downtown Baie St Paul. N’hésitez pas!

Maison magnifique, incredible house

Une maison magnifique avec une vue incroyable. Les lits sont confortables. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Tout a très bien été pensé pour le confort. Le propriétaire est facile à rejoindre et il a répondu à toutes me questions rapidement. A magnificent house with an incredible view. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed. Everything has been thought for your comfort. The owner is quick to answer any questions you may have. I certainly would rent this house again.

Super property

The property was as advertised and extremely spacious. Lots of room for everyone and the views were superb. Location was good and close enough to Baie-St-Paul for shopping and dining. Normand was great with providing info leading up to our stay and was always prompt to respond to any questions.

Beautiful place

Normand is an excellent host - from my many questions upon booking (including what to see, where to hike...) to his responsiveness when trouble shooting minor issues that came up. The place was impeccably clean and as advertised. The view from the deck was amazing, and so we spent a lot of time there and while there was adequate seating, more comfy couches would have been great. The basement with the pool table and ping pong was well used by all, but particularly appreciated by the 17-20 year-olds we had with us (!), and the spa was clean and a great addition. Overall wonderful in a beautiful part of Quebec!

Beautiful home

The cottage is beautiful and has an amazing view. The owner gives you all the information you need and the house is supplied with everything to you may need during you’re stay. Would highly recommend this property for small and large groups.

Beautiful home, fantastic views of the mountains and St. Lawrence River.

Everything was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped for those who like to cook and entertain. Le Massif skiing was a 10-15 minute drive. We will be back.

Amazing place!

This house is simply perfect! We stayed there with 4 other couples and everyone had so much room it's almost impossible. The bedrooms are comfortable, very well decorated (just like the rest of the house) and have everything you might need. The main living room is breathtaking not only inside but because of the view it has on the St.Lawrence river. The kitchen is a dream for any woman/mother : it has eveyrthing, it is spacious, it is beautiful and the fridge is gigantic. Everyhting has been thought of. Not only in the kitchen but for our stay as well: every electronic device has its manual, everything is well explained and described. The owners seem also super nice. I can't wait to go back!

Amazing!

We stayed here for a ski vacation in March. The chalet was bigger and more beautiful than the pictures. The view was absolutely incredible, and it was so lovely to sit inside with a coffee in the early morning and watch the sunrise over the river. Each of the three bedrooms upstairs had its own ensuite, which was great considering that we travelled with 10 people altogether (5 adults and 5 children). The kids had their own space in the basement. The kitchen had everything you could want or ask for. Grocery stores were nearby and fully stocked. Le Massif was a beautiful hill to ski at as well. Normand was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for such a great vacation!

Une image vaut mille mots. Vous serez charmé par cet endroit paisible,chaleureux et familial. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au début de janvier 2017.Quelle belle façon de débuter l'année avec ma famille. Le propriétaire prend soi de vous comme un aubergiste, même s'il est à plusieurs centaines de kilomètres de l'endroit. Vous vous sentirez comme un invité et non un locataire. Rien n'y manque tout est bien planifié. Le seul regret que nous avons....est que le temps passe trop vite. On ne veux pas quitter. Vous ne regretterez pas votre choix. André Delage

We recently spent a lovely family week at Ilaali. Everything was wonderful, including the hiking and the weather. The views from the long balcony overlooking the St. Lawrence River, are never-ending, allowing us to watch magnificent sunsets and ships going by . There is such concern to detail in this house. The kitchen is an absolute joy to work in, the gas fireplace in the living room so convenient. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated; the hot tub excellent at soothing sore hiking muscles. The house is spacious and extremely comfortable. I've barely scraped the surface. Staying in this lovely house and visiting the Charlevoix was a great treat to every one of us. We're coming back!

We can't wait to return

We have just returned from our stay at Ilaali. The property was fantastic and helped make it one of the best ski weeks we have had. It easily accomodated our group of adults and teenagers. Our third trip to the area, this property surpassed our prior experiences. The views are priceless and I truly appreciated recieving immediate communication with the owner. I think we have found another favourite home away from home. We can't wait to return!

Highly recommend this place. Ultra modern, clean and spacious. This place has something for everyone. Families with kids, groups of couples, etc... 10 minutes to the mountain. After 17 years of going to the area and renting cottages, this place was on another level. I highly recommend to all.

Immaculate, ultra modern home with breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence and mountains

Gorgeous, extremely clean, well-equipped stylish new home. Super spacious but feels comfortable and cozy. The accommodations were perfect for our group of five couples. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated, most with ensuite bathrooms. Short drive to Le Massif for great skiing. Amazing kitchen, dining and great room. Clean, new hot tub. Gas fireplace. Would definitely book again!! Owner is very responsive and conscientious.
