This einladene holiday home offers a living area of ​​160m², 50m² terrace and garden with 340m².

Ideal also for wheelchair.

All rooms are cold / hot equipped with AC. and are very spacious.

2 Bedrooms love the top and are equipped with private bathrooms and private terraces
 The beds are king size.
The 3rd bedroom is located on the ground floor, and the 3rd full bath. This bed has a size of 1, 50m.
All bedrooms have TV.

The kitchen is very spacious overlooking the living room and has an adjoining room for washer and dryer. The living room with fireplace overlooks the pool and terrace.

The pool has a size of 13x4 meters. Right next to a bar made of marble with professional grill and built-in refrigerator.
Internet available, and all German, English and Spanish TV programs, DVD and music system.
6 people can sleep comfortably in this villa, where appropriate, 2 folding beds can be provided, as well as a cot.

This was a lovely villa. Well equipped kitchen and white goods.Fire was a huge benefit for an out of season stay. A great position for exploring this area of Spain and over the border into Portugal.Great outdoor space for bbq and relaxing.Gabrielle was easy to contact throughout our stay and we would recommend a stay with no reservations.

A beautiful villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is just as described. Rod was very helpful, allowing us to check in early and check out late. We loved the pool and the many shaded areas as the temperatures were very high while we were there. The only negatives were lack of restaurants within easy walking distance and occasional sharp barking from next doors dogs.

Fabulous villa for friends or family

The property was perfect for a lovely, relaxing holiday, with easy access to beautiful beaches in Spain and Portugal, groceries and essentials, and all of the comforts of home. The pool was fabulous. Hosts Gabby and Rod were super responsive. We would 100% recommend and would be so pleased to return.

Fantastic villa in a beautiful part of Spain

The villa was fantastic, great barbecue, large swimming pool, lots of indoor & outdoor seating area. The owners are very generous- everything there that you could need. The area is so lovely- friendly bar in the village, 5 mins drive to long sandy beaches (very uncrowded), the town has so many bars/restaurants, great trips out to Ayamonte (ferry to Portugal), the town of Sanlucar de Guadinia on the river. A really beautiful part of Spain

The pool was large but took up most of outside area. Not much space for sun loungers. Bathroom sinks didn't look like they'd been cleaned. Bathrooms and kitchen needs updating. Had to wait around for owner to meet us with key although we constantly gave updates on out arrival time. Property is pet friendly. Not a particularly nice area. Fine where villa is but closest town a bit run down. Wouldn't visit that area again.

We had a fantastic time`

We grew up in Spain but live in the US. We wanted to go back and visit family and rented Gaby's house. We absolutely loved the time we had there. The pool is beautiful, the outdoors grill area was something we used every day and the layout of the rooms is great: my wife and I had the master bedroom upstairs while my inlaws were on the first floor. Gaby and her husband were very nice and super responsive. Overall, we had an amazing time!

Beautiful house with an enormous pool

Thank you for letting us (2 adults, 2 children and Lily), have a great vacation (3 weeks) in your lovely house! We had a great time, with everything we needed. Our children had a great time in the pool. We have had many evenings around the bbq and pool. Great place to be and lovely, peaceful surroundings to discover. Thank you again. Spacious villa with a fabulous pool. Easy drive to beaches.

We had a great week. The villa is very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The large pool is fantastic, a real plus. We enjoyed a couple of our days just lounging around and in the pool. The location was generally very quiet and peaceful. There are a couple of local restaurants within around 15-20 minutes walk and lots more on the coast within a 10-15 minute drive. Gabriele was very helpful and welcoming. You must have a car, but with one everything is within easy reach and Isla Cristina has good supermarkets. We visited some local beaches on the coast between Isla Canela and Isla Cristina and there are livelier/quieter sections to suit your preferences. We also really enjoyed the experience of the magnesium baths down the road (over 12s only) Ayamonte is understated and in a lovely position on the river estuary and has a very pleasant central area if you dive into the small streets on foot. We also took a longer but worthwhile trip into Portugal, visiting the interesting and pretty town of Tavira after some time on the wide and open Praia Barril ( park up quite early to avoid parking stress and then it’s reached by a little railway over the salt marshes) An interesting contrast to the local beaches in Isla Cristina. The villa suited us very well and was excellent value for money and we really enjoyed our week.

Wonderful holiday in an amazing villa

The villa was just as described. Our girls loved the pool and it had a great deep end that surprised us. There were a variety of seating areas around the villa and we loved eating under the very pretty white flowering plant that spread out over the overhanging wooden beams. We needed the air con at night but we just had it on silent mode so it didn’t bother us. During the day we had our bedroom windows open so that kept the room cool as there was a welcoming breeze each day that meant you didn’t overheat. Gaby and Rod are very pleasant owners and helpful. We went out for quite a few meals locally and particularly like Bar Abuelo Manus in Isla Cristina. We saw it had a good rating on Trip Advisor and normally we would have walked passed it as it was just a Bar but the reviews on Trip Advisor were correct. Seafood to die for with great service. We mostly shopped in Lidl in Isla Cristina. Delicious bakery! We did trips to Seville, Ayamonte and over the border to Monte Gordo. We barely scratched the surface of the things we could do. We will be back

problemas com falta de agua,cliente tem que andar a abrir valvulas de deposito para ter agua,fiquei no 1º dia sem agua ate as 23 horas visto que o dito deposito estava vazio.(nada foi dito antes do aluguer),fraca limpeza(muitos pelos de animais),pouca roupa para a estadia ,uma unica toalha por quarto,um conjunto de cama por quarto. limpeza da pscina efectuada durante a estadia,internet muito fraca. o sitio e calmo .resumidamente estava a espera de mais e melhor para uma moradia de luxo como vem no anuncio

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem schönem Haus…

Hervorragende Lage, ideal für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht! Die Ausstattung ist funktional und sehr gemütlich. Ein wenig Investitionen in Renovierungen wären sinnvoll.Fazit: Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ort für einen Urlaub. Mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen könnte es perfekt sein.

Liebe Gaby, wir möchten uns von ganzem Herzen für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in deinem Haus bedanken! Das Haus ist wirklich großartig und sehr geräumig. Es ist voll klimatisiert und hat 3 schöne Schlafzimmer und 3 große Bäder. Alles ist sehr sauber! Der Aussenbereich mit dem großen Pool ist wunderbar gestaltet mit verschiedenen Sitzecken. Im Ort gibt es 2 kleine Läden die alles haben. Nicht zu vergessen sind die wunderschönen Strände im Umkreis. Es war rund um ein perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Hervorragendes Haus für Ferien mit Pool

Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war unvergesslich schön und wirklich traumhaft. Das Haust beherbergt wirklich alle Gegenstände, tolle und schöne Räume (alle klimatisiert) und ein hervor-ragend funktionierende Küche mit Waschautomat, Bügelbrett etc. Inkl. Kaffeemaschine für Bohnen. Die drei Sitzplätze mit Grilltisch und Liegestühle am Pool sind sehr schön angeordnet. Der Pool ist schön gross und wirklich schön. Gelegen im Wohnhaus-Quartier gilt die Liegenschaft als Superlative. Ausflüge Richtung Sevilla, Cadiz, Jerez sowie nach Portugal sind von hier aus sehr gut möglich. Tavira und Faro . Dieses Haus werden wir nie vergessen. Wir kommen wieder und haben jetzt bereits Heimwehh.

Très belle villa

Tolle Betreuung durch den Vermieter! Kleinere Probleme wurden direkt von dem beauftragen Nachbarn erledigt. Tolle Location, sehr Hundegeeignet, ausreichend ausgestattet ( Geschirr, Besteck, WLAN etc), viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im sehr gepflegten Außenbereich. Jederzeit direkten Kontakt zur Vermieterin! Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 2 Kilometern, sehr hundefreundlicher Strand in ca 3 Kilometern Empfehlenswert eigener Magenta oder Fire-TV-Stick, für deutsche Gäste

Wij zijn hier een weekje geweest met de jaar wisseling. Gastvrouw en -heer zijn zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar. Het huis is gedateerd maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Op alle kamers hangen airco’s die kunnen verwarmen en beneden kun je hiernaast een houtkachel gebruiken. Wij hebben het heel fijn gehad. Auto is noodzakelijk. Er is niet echt veel te doen op loopafstand.

Stilvolle Villa in ruhiger Lage

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit einer sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung und einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt, was auch an den sehr netten und kommunikativen Gastgebern lag. Vielen Dank für einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir können das Haus wirklich allen empfehlen, die neben einem Besuch in Andalusien auch Lust haben, sich die Algarve in Portugal anzusehen.

Großzügiges elegantes Haus. der Pool war Klasse und wurde täglich genutzt. alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. unsere Gastgeber waren Fragen und Anliegen immer zu erreichen. Einkaufen war nur mit Auto möglich.Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
