BEACH HOUSE WITH PRIVATE SALTWATER POOL & SPA + WALK TO BEACH

The Beach House is located just a block from the beach as well as the intracoastal waterway, and has a private heated pool and waterfall spa in the backyard that is all yours! It is like having your very own resort! Great restaurants are nearby (like Kyle G's and Shuckers on the Ocean), or you can grill by the pool. Walk to the private neighborhood beach with a two-story tiki hut with chairs to watch the sunrise or waves at any time! There is also a lifeguarded public beach called Waveland just steps away too. This a very unique opportunity on Hutchinson Island to have a private saltwater pool and walk to the neighborhood beach! And you have complete control over the heated temperature of the pool and spa all year.
There are two bedrooms plus another convertible room with a sleeper sofa. The master suite includes a large dedicated bath, the large guest room also has a king size bed, and there is a comfortable sofa bed in the bar with a privacy door. The master suite also enjoys dressing/sitting room and the large master bath with a shower, and has a private entrance to the pool and the spa to enjoy stargazing in the warm-water jets. You'll enjoy a king-size pillow top mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets in your Caribbean four poster bed. There is also a bar off the kitchen with an outdoor sitting area with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill just outside of the sliding glass doors leading to the fenced backyard area with the pool and spa. The master and the guest room both enjoy luxurious linens and king size beds. The guest room is the original master, so it is a very nice size and also has a hide-away twin size Serta bed with a memory foam mattress if needed. There is also a brand new queen sleeper in the bar with a Posturepedic memory foam mattress, plus there is a door for privacy so it is like a 3rd bedroom. We have Comcast high definition cable and wifi, and the living room has an LED Smart 65" television with HDTV, and there is also a flat screen TV in the bar. There is super strong private WiFi that works throughout the house and on the patio out to the pool. All this just a block from the entrance to your private beach with a tiki hut. You can even hear the waves from the pool or hot tub at night. The pool has changing LED lights for fun at night too. And there are pool floats, fun noodles, and pool toys. Please note that the pool DOES NOT have a child safety fence, so NO TODDLERS OR CHILDREN WHO CAN NOT SWIM are permitted at this house.
We provide you with all of your kitchen and bath needs to get you started for your stay, so just bring your toothbrush, bathing suit, and flip flops! There is also a convenience store a half block away, a restaurant and a diner around the corner, so you're all set for day one! And there are even nine other restaurants within a mile or so right on the island, plus countless restaurants across the bridges on the mainland.
In addition to the private beach access, the neighborhood boasts a boat ramp with a dock for loading/unloading and a dock for fishing, sunset viewing, and even manatee watching.
We are pleased to host and share our beach house -- we designed it as our own vacation home for years, and now love to see others enjoy it.
The Beach House is an attached Florida villa located in Beach Club Colony on Hutchinson Island. The pool/spa is completely private to this house. The walls in between were built with concrete for soundproofing, and there is fencing surrounding the pool for privacy. The community's private deeded beach is called Beach Club Colony on the Ocean, and is located just across A1A, next to a public beach called Waveland which is lifeguarded during the day year-round.
There is a community recreation park located next to the marina on the river, which is fenced in and pet friendly.
The beach house is only 1 mile from the new Hutchinson Shores Resort and Spa.
THE HOUSE IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED BETWEEN GUESTS, AND HAVE ADDED CDC GUIDELINES INCLUDING DISINFECTING ALL ITEMS COMMONLY TOUCHED BY GUESTS (DOOR KNOBS, KITCHEN HANDLES, REMOTE CONTROLS, ETC.).
