We have 4 rental houses per season for lodging and / or social gatherings, linked to PuntaCaldas - Events Space and Leisure Area.
Houses 2, 6 and 8 with 2 Q (1 suite) + 1 bathroom, living room / kitchen and garage / 2 cars;
House 1 with 3Q (1suite) + 1 bathroom, living room / kitchen, yard, a. service and garage / 4cars.
ACCOMMODATES UP TO 10 PEOPLE / HOME
Rental Terms:
(I) - RENTAL / HOUSE / NIGHT AND GROUPS OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE BETWEEN YOU>
SHARED WATER PARK USE:
• - shared access to the water park through the use of wristbands;
• - pools with hot water;
• - 2 hot tubs with hydromassage;
• - 2 cascades (pressurized water jet);
• - wet sauna (1 // h / day);
• - set of tables with 4 chairs, compatible with the number of
             people;
• - official game tables: snooker, ping pong and foosball;
• - up to 16 pool edge loungers;
• - playground;
• - covered area under the 2 pyramidal tents, 200m²;
• - free parking;
• - free wifi;
• - speaker; and,
• - access to the cafeteria to buy and consume drinks and food;

WATCHING:
(i) The daily rate does not include:
 (1) - Bed and bath linen;
  (2) - Meals;
  (3) - Breakfast
  
(ii) All mattresses are dressed in a protective cover, white, similar to a sheet. If interested bed and bath linen can be hired separately at the price of R $ 35 / kit / person / stay. (kit = sheet; pillow case; pillow; bedspread; bath towel and floor cloth);
(iii) PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, either in houses or in the Aquatic Park area;
(iv) At the time of the "Check In" will be required CAUTION, via valid nominal check, or cash, in the amount of $ 500.00 / house;
(v) Each of the park's houses and areas will be inspected at both check-in and check-out;
(vi) Upon check-out, if there is no damage to the property and its components, including furniture, appliances and kitchenware, the amount of the security, in check or cash, will be fully returned to the contractor. ;
(vii) SHARED USE of the water park is from 8:00 am until 18:00, when all machines and equipment will be deactivated and the doors closed;
(viii) Our maximum accommodation capacity is 48 people in the 4 houses + vip room located within the Park area, considering 10 in each house and 8 in the vip room.
(II) - RENT / HOUSE / NIGHT AND ONE GROUP OF PEOPLE>
WATER PARK USE EXCLUSIVELY:
(A) 3 HOUSES> MINIMUM 21 PEOPLE, MINIMUM DAILY 2 NIGHTS; or,
(B) 4 HOUSES> MINIMUM 28 PEOPLE, MINIMUM DAILY 2 NIGHTS

In both cases, (A) and (B):
• - exclusive use;
• - pools with hot water;
• - 2 hot tubs with hydromassage;
• - 2 cascades (pressurized water jet);
• - wet sauna (1 // h / day);
• - Complete kitchen infrastructure in the cafeteria within the recreation area, with fridge, brewer, horizontal freezer, vertical freezer, display refrigerator, stainless steel 2-bowl countertop; another stainless steel countertop, industrial stove, granite countertop, 4-burner domestic stove, 1 charcoal grill and all cooking utensils such as pots, cutlery, glasses and more where you can cook and provide your own food and drinks , with their own private work force, contracted separately, with whomever they wish, and / or even with our people from the Culinary Sector;
• - Set of tables with 4 chairs, compatible with the number of people in the group;
• - Set of 8 aluminum top tables with 4 plastic chairs, total of 32 seats;
• - official game tables: snooker, ping pong and foosball;
• - up to 16 pool edge loungers;
• - playground;
• - covered area under the 2 pyramidal tents, 200m²;
• - free parking;

WATCHING:
(i) The daily rate does not include:
(1) - Bed and bath linen;
(2) - Meals:
(3) - Breakfast
(4) - LPG gas to be consumed in the cafeteria kitchen.

(ii) All mattresses are dressed in a protective cover, white in color, similar to a handkerchief. In case of interest bed and bath linen can be hired separately at the price of R $ 45 / kit / stay;
(iii) PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, either in houses or in the Aquatic Park area;
(iv) At the time of the "Check In" will be required CAUTION, by valid check, or cash, in the amount of R $ 1. 000.00 / group;
(v) Each of the park's houses and areas will be inspected at both check-in and check-out;
(vi) Upon check-out, if there is no damage to the property and its components, including furniture, appliances and kitchenware, the amount of the security, in check or cash, will be fully returned to the contractor. ;
(vii) The use of the water park EXCLUSIVELY is from 7:00 am until 21:00, when all machines and equipment will be deactivated and the doors closed; Note: This period may be extended upon additional payment of use in compensation for the expense with the consumption of electricity, on the basis of R $ 20.00 / h; and,
(viii) Our maximum accommodation capacity is 48 people in the 4 houses + vip room located within the Park area, considering 10 in each house and 8 in the vip room.
