Great care was taken in creating this comfortable, practical, and modern luxury home with ocean views from every room. Materials, colors and features uncommon in a rental were thoughtfully combined to create a unique, calm environment for relaxing. This is living well through good design.
Our total remodel combines modern luxury with easy living in a spa like environment. Versatile dimmable LED soffit lighting in every room is efficient, cool, and provides wonderful warm light. Other special features include unique porcelain floors and solid bamboo pocket doors. Glare and heat reducing 3M window tint and custom solar shades have been installed throughout with dual shade black out option in the bedrooms. Quiet, reliable central A/C easily keeps the home cool. New HDTVs are wall mounted with concealed cords. The new full size high efficiency washer and dryer handle all your family's laundry.
The furnishings throughout were consciously selected and are sophisticated, comfortable, and functional.
The all new kitchen has quartz counters with a breakfast bar, under cabinet countertop task lighting, and ample storage. New stainless steel appliances include a French door fridge, glass top range, microwave range hood, and nearly silent dishwasher and disposal.
The master bed room has custom his and hers closet built-ins, a deep soaking tub with shower, and a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a king size bed and an oversized closet with custom built in storage for clothes and linens. The guest bath has a large river rock and glass walk-in shower. The bathrooms feature custom porcelain tile work, storage drawer vanities, and quartz counters. All of the bathroom fixtures are Toto.
The reserved parking space is on the first level and makes for easy access. Additional parking is usually available for rent in the building.
Friendly, professional personnel provide 24 hour security. The pool, hot tub, sun deck, exercise room, reception lobbies, and other common areas are always clean and well maintained.
This is the best location in Waikiki, with easy access to and from the airport, the H-1 freeway, Ala Moana, Kaka'ako, Downtown, and UH Manoa. It is a short walk to the beaches, malls, parks, shopping, transportation, and other attractions that make Waikiki a great year-round destination.

I have lived in Hawaii for 35 years. We had VRBO rentals on Kauai's North Shore back in the 90's and 2000's. Now we live on Oahu and our former home away from home is available to you as your tropical oasis.

We originally choose this property for two reasons. The first, its spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets. The second is its extremely convenient location. At the entrance to Waikiki, with first level parking and easy access to the three bridges across the Ala Wai, you can get to wherever you want to go quickly, whether its walking to the beach or mall, or taking the freeway to work or the airport. This condo was our perfect travelers home base.

The recent improvements and excellent furnishings create a clean, relaxing spa-like atmosphere in this unique island home. Smooth ceilings with dimmable lighting and solid pocket doors create an uncluttered contemporary environment. There is nothing like it in any advertising I have seen. We created it for ourselves and for discerning individuals who appreciate the difference between a nice place, and a harmonious space. Mahalo For looking.
