The Neighborhood:

With its slower pace and picturesque inlets, visitors can enjoy coffee or a long lunch at one of the various restaurants and cafés that surround the scenic waterways.

East Perth is a great spot for a stroll or a bike ride along the Swan River and a place to admire some beautiful residential homes and public parks. East Perth and the pleasant Claisebrook Cove are a must-see of modern Perth.

CAT buses operate on regular routes and are a free service for the community, providing convenient travel around the city.

A Free Transit Zone (FTZ) also operates within the City of Perth boundaries. You can travel on any Transperth bus within the boundary limits for free.

Ferry Terminal

The Transperth ferry from Barrack Street Jetty to Mends Street Jetty (South Perth and the Perth Zoo) and from Barrack Street Jetty to Elizabeth Quay is accessible for wheelchairs and scooters. The Coode Street Jetty (South Perth) is not accessible.

Taxis

Designated taxi ranks are located around the central city for safe and convenient travel. Supervised taxi ranks operate on Friday and Saturday nights. These ranks are located on Milligan Street, Northbridge and William Street Perth. Taxis may also be hailed on the street or ordered by telephone.

Trains

Transperth trains: The Free Transit Zone (FTZ) allows SmartRider ticketholders to travel free between the Perth Railway Station and the City West and Claisebrook stations. Conditions apply to non-SmartRider ticketholders.

Good location and mostly good facilities - one couch is very tired. But very mean on essential supplies - only one dishwasher tablet, no dish washing liquid, and (this is really bad!) no spare toilet paper.

Our apartment has hosted hundreds of happy guests over the years, and while normal wear and tear can occur with continued use, we will certainly review the condition of the couch to see if any updates are needed. We genuinely value guest feedback as it helps us maintain and improve the property. Regarding supplies, we provide a starter set of essentials designed for shorter stays. As this concern wasn’t raised during your visit, we unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to address it at the time. Clean and comfortable

This small hotel apartment was all we needed, as our base while in Perth. Good location, handy to the free bus service, and it was quiet, considering the city location. The apartment has a good, well equipped kitchen and the bed was comfortable.

Beautiful city!

Not a bad property however we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work, the shower know was broken as well as the actual shower head. We couldn’t adjust it and there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper which was not enough.

The first floor convenience was vgood, making it quick access to carpark and front exit. The unit was very comfortable and well presented. Lounges were trendy and cosy. A nice large bed and a peaceful environment for sleeping. The kitchen components were well arranged and clean. Great block out window treatments and reasonably private from opposite apartments. I recommend attending to the front entry door, it is scruffy and on approach gives a less than executive feel. A gap at the bottom of the door needs a draft strip as noise does filter through. Some walls need a better wipe down , as near the toilet area, but clean facilities. It was a great location to go out to eat or walk the nearby green areas. A quick bus ride to the CBD was very useful. Overall, I was very happy with the apartment. I felt safe, at the same time security was very good. The lovely pool deck area I used to sit in the afternoon sun for a while, also the carpark space was not cramped as some can be. A well presented and equipped accommodation.
