The adjoining dining area provides ample seating for shared meals, flowing into a lounge room with a flat screen TV for relaxed evenings. Electric heating throughout ensures comfort in colder months, making it suitable for year-round stays.

Kestrel Rest 1 offers a functional sleeping configuration across two levels:

Three bedrooms with queen beds
One bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds
Two upstairs bedrooms each with two single beds
