it was a wonderful experience. The house was extremely clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very pleasant to walk around.The location is also excellent—just a short drive to the beach, great restaurants, shopping areas, and several Publix supermarkets nearby, which made everything very convenient.Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely return!

() Wir haben viele Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber dieses war eins von den besten. Ein sehr gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Haus.Uns hat an nichts gefehlt.Es war alles in der Mappe beschrieben, sehr gut organisiert.Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war auch sehr gut und schnell.(-) Wir fanden die Kameras im Poolbereich etwas verstörend, da unsere 4 und 7 jährige Kinder sich manchmal draußen umgezogen haben. Ein Wäscheständer für nasse Badesachen wäre auch nicht schlecht.

Beautiful, modern, spacious, sparkling clean and exceptionally well-maintained property. So peaceful and relaxing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The backyard is beautifully landscaped, entirely private, and the pool was delightful. These hosts have thought of everything and were very accommodating and available. We could not have been happier and would enthusiastically recommend this property. 100% would return here for another stay. Thank you!

House is beautiful and has everything you would ever need. Things were going well for the first 3 days of our stay, but on the 4th we we were awakened at 7:00AM with loud alarms going off in the house. It took us a while to figure out it was the carbon monoxide detectors in 2 locations. We called the management company to ask for help because the alarms were so loud we had to sit in the backyard. I told the management company the carbon monoxide alarms were sounding and asked if they would send someone. The management company suggested I disengage the hard wired carbon monoxide detector. I said it there is carbon monoxide in the home, I am disconnecting the monitor. We then called 911 to check the house and try to see if they could disengage the alarms. The fire department came in 5 minutes and were very thorough in checking the air quality in each room. Luckily there was no carbon monoxide in the home, but the fire department said the head on the carbon monoxide detector was faulty which was making the alarm sound every 15 minutes. The fire department disengaged the alarm and the management company replaced it that day. This is a beautiful property and we very much enjoyed our stay, however the management company asking me to disengage a hard wired carbon monoxide detector was upsetting due to their carelessness about whether there was actually carbon monoxide in the home.

Beautiful home, clean and stylish interior design. Comfy beds and couch. Bathrooms were spacious. We enjoyed our time in and by the pool. The location is FANTASTIC. I am local and hosted friends from out of state - loved how close we were to the beaches, las olas, grocery stores, I95 and the airport. PerfectLocation for the price ! It was easy to communicate with the property manager and he was prompt, responsive and respectful. We had everything we needed for a 4 day getaway.

This is our third time renting houses in this area and this is by far the best overall house we stayed at. The property is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, is well maintained overall, and it’s a beautifully designed home with an open floor plan, great bathrooms, with that overhead rain, shower, and a fantastic pool. The pool is absolutely incredible because it is one of those plunge/sports pools where the deep end is only 5 feet deep. This means you can literally enjoy the entire pool all the time and it’s a lot less of a concern with young kids. It is definitely an undersold feature of this house that I was very happy to see.There are a few things with the house that require attention - the range hood is a bit of a deeper cleaning it normally gets, and the grill needs to be replaced. Outside of that the house was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this home to any family looking for quiet and relaxing time located near almost everything you can imagine.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, very accommodating. The only thing I did not like was the AC being set at 75 degrees! It’s too hot coming in from a beach day and unable to cool down! When arriving at night the entry is very dark. When traveling from out of town and unfamiliar with the neighborhood, it’s extremely dark at the entry.We appreciated all the beach toys, towels, the chairs we did not use. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and so much more. The pictures did not do any justice. This home is beautiful! We will definitely return.

Absolutely Perfect Getaway! We had an amazing stay at the New Modern Coral Villa! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stylish, modern design and how immaculately clean and well-maintained everything was. The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has a luxurious yet comfortable feel.The private pool was a total highlight — we spent hours relaxing and swimming, day and night. The outdoor BBQ and lounge area made it easy to enjoy meals outside in true Florida fashion. The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for cooking when we didn’t feel like going out.Location-wise, it couldn’t be better! Just a few miles from the beach, we were able to walk or drive in minutes to enjoy the ocean, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Everything was thoughtfully arranged for a stress-free stay.We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious, modern, and relaxing vacation in Fort Lauderdale!

Perfect Getaway

I booked this property for my two daughters and myself for a little getaway after our cruise. The house is beautifully appointed with everything you need. The outside area, where we spent much of our three days, was clean with ample chairs and sun loungers. There were pool toys to keep the girls occupied. I did not have a car, but Uber Eats was fantastic with deliveries a zero issues finding the property. The property manager was excellent with communication and helping me with get inside. They use a mobile app for entry and mine was not working. Overall, we had a perfect ending to our vacation and I would definitely book again.
