It is located in Crestwynd Bay a gated community which is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney and restaurants.
The home consists of 1 KING bed with attached bathroom,
1 KING bedroom with attached bath,
1 Kids bedroom with 2 twins and Living Room with a sleeper sofa.
The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa.
The home has in-home laundry (washer dryer).Very close to the pool.
Cable and flat screen TVs included.WIFI and High Speed internet (normally $10 per rental) is included free of charge in a promotional offer.
Kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender.
An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group.
Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

Manny was very quick and responsive to questions, and we had a lot. Place was nice and comfortable. Complex of apartments/condos was ok just a little past it's prime, some environmental factors existed outside of the owners control that were nothing major. Overall, I was satisfied with the place.

Pleasant stay

The property managers were very responsive and helpful. The location was conveniently located near the parks and shopping centers, and the price was right. I would recommend staying here.

Great getaway

We had a great weekend getaway at Disney before our cruise for Spring Break. The condo was great for us - very clean, comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 5.

Great Location

Loved this place. Very clean. Communication with property manager was good as well. One of the main reasons we picked this place was because of the location. It's very close to the Disney parks and it's like a block away from Walmart. Also, the community is very peaceful. Lastly, I want to mention cleanliness. It was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Will definitely go back in the future.

Good stay at Crestwynd

Property was clean and was representative as listed. Truly enjoyed our stay. Small community so pool was never crowded. Close to Disney and other attractions. We would stay here again, in fact booked again for next year.

Overall, a very nice stay

Property is conveniently located and as described on the website. We had a very comfortable stay there for 60 days. The kitchen was very well equipped for preparing meals during our lengthy stay. Owner/property manager were very quick to respond to texts and resolve any minor issues encountered. Pool was very clean and uncrowded. The only downside was that it was definitely not heated. I would also note that the tile floors could use a good scrubbing / deep cleaning. This rental is a good value for the money and we would recommend.

Good Location

Location was good, close to freeway and shopping centers. Check in was easy. Rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had ceramic plate sets and cookwares. There were a few minor issues, but nothing affected our overall experience at the home.

First time snowbird

We enjoyed our 2 month stay immensely!! We have booked for next year already! Wish the pool heater was working but I still managed to be in it often all January and February! Thanks Manny for sharing your beautiful place with us

A bit short on satisfaction

Started by not able to get in the vacation home and calling Annie and getting the run around about a Schlage lock( which has been changed out by someone). We figured it out. Floors were very dirty as well as some walls. Housekeepers need to be spoken with. .We had to either wear sneakers all week or get other footwear tostop ruining socks. Day 2. When trying to lock the door we again called Annie and she had no idea how the new lock setup worked.Again we figured it out. When going to the pool the first time the gate was unlocked but the second time it was locked so i sent an email and to this day(8 days later) have not gotten a response.The neighborhood was quiet and very close to Walmart for groceries. Overall I not happy with customer satisfaction by the people in charge. Thank you for renting us your home but unfortunately we will not be returning.

Fun times with pets

Had a great time at this property. The property is close to Disney and about 20ish minutes from Universal depending on traffic. It has a great common area to take pets to use the bathroom. Fantastic internet connection for gaming. Lots of families around the area. A few of the outlets needed to be reset from the surge outlets in the kitchen which wasn't a big deal. We did have a couple of nosey neighbors that walked right into the back patio area one day tho, which was a little freaky... Overall a good experience

Bring Your Own Blankets and Toilet Paper

The property was in a great location; very close to Disney World. Unfortunately the unit was filthy!! The floors were dirty with dust bunnies, dirt and stuff that I don't wanna know what it was. There was a smelly mop that really made the kitchen stink, the sponge was falling apart that was there to clean the dishes. You get a roll of dollar store toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels. Instructions were to wash dishes in the dishwasher when you leave but no soap tab was supplied to do so. The beds do not have blankets, only a sheet and a dirty top cover. The bed in the upstairs bedroom had dirt on the sheets as though someone with dirty shoes was on the bed. There is a hide a bed that had a extremely dirty couch cover on it. When we pulled the bed out there were dog treats, hair ties, and other nasty unidentifiable things in there. It was plain and simply scary and there wasn't any bedding for the bed. We had to go to the store to purchase all our cleaning supplies, garbage bags, toiletries and blankets for the beds. We spent over $150 for these items which was crazy. These items should be provided and we shouldn't have had to wash all the bedding before we could go to bed because of the filth. In addition to having to buy all the cleaning supplies and clean the place so we could live there for a week, we were charged a service and cleaning fee which I have no idea what that money went to because they definitely did NOT clean. The patio slider was broken and the blinds on the windows were falling apart as well. I've stayed in many rentals and have never been so disgusted and disappointed. We It wouldn't take much to thoroughly clean the unit, provide necessary supplies and bedding to make this unit livable. I wish I could post the pictures we took of the place but there isn't that option to do so. Be prepared to buy everything you'll need.

Great location. Just as listed!

This was my first time staying at this location, and check in was very easy! The apartment was just as described on the website. 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, full kitchen! This property is close to Universal, and very close to Disney. The location is great getting anywhere in the town. I stayed here with a group of 4 adults, and a child. We all had plenty of space. The community is gated, and we felt very safe. This is a great place to stay for the price and space. I would stay again.

Home is easy quick drive to Universal parks. Home is clean and as advertised. Complex is very quiet and has a great pool. We would definitely stay here again.
