What a wonderful week we had, definitely will stay again in the future. Wonderful home love the close access to beach. Close by to all the places we love going to. House was so spacious too.

Casa Blanca

Great house, close to the beach. Found a used hair brush full of hair under my bed, tv in bottom den doesn’t work and the tv upstairs does not connect to the DVD player. But other than that works totally stay again!

Wonderful location with easy access to the beach. Nags head beach is beautiful but not overly crowded which made it great for our large family. Property was well maintained including pool and hot tub. Only downside was the price...over 10k.

Couldn't ask for more

This was an amazing place. The location is perfect, the set up is perfect. It was extremely clean and convenient. Tons of appliances. Would definitely stay here again!

Not clean and MOLD!!!!

WHEN WE FIRST SHOWED UP, THE TRASH WAS FULL. SO WE PULLED THE CAN TOMTHE CURV. AS SOON AS WE ENTEREDTHE HOUSE AND THE AIR SMELLED OF MILDEW AND STALENESS ON THD BOTTOM FLOOR. AS WE GOT ON THE 2ND LEVEL STIL STUFFINESS SO WE IMMEDIATELY OPENED ALL THE WINDOWS AND SCREEN DOORS. THEN WE SETTLED OUR GROCERIES. AND STARTED SANITIZING THE KITCHEN. WELL SO MUCH DIRT ON THE COUNTER BACK SPLASH AREA. CRUMBS ON THE CHAIR. STAINS ON THE FLOORS, ON THE CHAIRS. STILL SMELLED SO WE STARTED SPRAYING. THE NEXT DAY WE NOTICED THE MOLD BEDIDE A COUPLE OF VENTS IN THE CEILING, POOL NASTY, AND ON THE NEXT TO LAST DAY NO BED LINENS. BUT I BROUGHT MY OWN LINENS BCUZ NOT SURE OF THE CLEANLINESS OF THE PLACE…I RECOMMEND THAT THEY PULL THAT NASTY TAIL CARPET UP. MODERNIZE THE FURNITURE AND GIVE THE PLACE A THOROUGH CLEANING…

VRBO was the main issue. Who rents a house from Saturday to FRIDAY without giving a disclaimer???

We were forced to leave a day early but we didn’t read the fine print. The house was okay, good location, not much on amenities, enjoyable. AC not great. It was VRBO and Homeaway that ruined the end of the stay.

Fishing trip

The rental process and check in were very easy. The property was perfect for our group. We enjoyed sitting on the top deck and staring at the ocean. Very convenient location with grocery close and only about 15 minutes to Oregon Inlet to get our charter. Great couple of days catching up with friends.

Everything was very clean and well represented. Oven thermostat is not working. Bb hoop rusted and

Broke when my children were playing. Sorry but it was rusted and normal pressure made it break. Main floor doorknob stuck and would not open. We learned to use the bathroom door to enter bedroom. FYI

Outer Banks

Our stay was supposed to be from 9/3 to 9/12. We were unable to check in until 9/8 at 4:00 pm due to the hurricane. We were traveling from PA so we spent 1 night in MD, 3 nights in VA while waiting to get clearance to check into our condo at an additional expense. We couldn't find a hotel on Saturday night so we ended up sleeping in the cars. We paid $3200 for 9 days at the condo & only stayed 3.5 days. Outer Banks Blue Realty would not give us a refund or offer us 6 days at a future time because we didn't purchase the insurance on our reservation. So we spent $3200 for 4 nights plus an additional $1000 for the other hotels. I would NEVER rent from Outer Banks Blue. They took our money & wouldn't bend at all to help us get our monies worth.

We're sorry you're upset about the financial loss due to the hurricane. It is unreasonable to expect us to pay out of our pocket. The law requires the money be transfers to the owner of the property and there are legal reasons when the owner is required to return that money. Hurricanes are not one of them. The law protects the owner in these situations and trip insurance protects you, which you opted out of. The lease you signed stated the following for your protection. 4. STATE OF EMERGENCY/HURRICANE: If state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes the subject property, the tenant will comply with order. The tenant will not be entitled to any refund if the tenant has not purchased trip insurance offered through the agent’s recommended carrier. Once the travel insurance is purchased, it is non-refundable. Insurance coverage is only available until the final payment is made. Tenant understands that agent is compensated by the insurance company for cooperation in the transaction (see section 17 for more details on Trip Interruption Insurance).

Perfect spot!

PROS: The property was clean and had all the amenities we could possibly want. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. The rooms were perfectly equip for all our needs as was the kitchen and common spaces. Cons: Beach access was not a close as expected. Rooms are super bright during the morning hours. Some room darkening curtains would be a plus.

The property was great. The reality company was great. However, I will never use VRBO again.

Using VRBO was confusing. I ended up calling the realty company, Outer Banks Blue, with all my questions. In addition, the site indicated there might be a fee of $300 then I was charged $500. I will be sure I will never use this site again.
