Great location. Owner very helpful. But he needs to clean the floor better. I walk around my house barefoot and there my soles were very dirty. Easy enough to fix. Nice place for 2 couples.

We had a wonderful month long stay in AZ. Charles , as always, is very nice and friendly and keeps this condo in great shape. We love the local, the condo and the everything about this place.

Dated Scottsdale Condo

This property was very dated and insufficiently stocked with necessary items such as bath towels and wash cloths. The bedding was marginal with pillows that were very old and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The pictures were very deceiving. The old, outdated soaker tub in the master suite was extremely dangerous to get in and out of and the plumbing in that tub was outdated and patched together. Even the shower rod was rusted. Both bathrooms were very outdated. Our stay was for 2 weeks and the owner didn't even supply a swiffer duster to give the floors a quick dust. Compared to previous stays in Scottsdale, this condo was very overrated and expensive.

Great stay

The facilities, amenities, and location worked very well for us as we visited family, entertained friends, and explored the area. Charlie was very responsive when I sent documents that somehow did not arrive in his inbox, and all communication was timely and clear. The condo is close to McDowell Sonoran Preserve, shopping, Costco, health care, etc. We hope to return in future.

Not what we were expecting

We were disappointed with the condo, as it didnā€™t live up to the description advertised. Iā€™m not sure when it was renovated, but it didnā€™t appear to be recent. The king bed was not comfortable, and the box spring made a loud noise getting in and out, disturbing sleep in the night. The bathtub faucets are very old and difficult to use. The patio was not kept clean, and the view was not to the mountains, but the side of the clubhouse. It is quite dark inside too, and windows overlook a well used path so blinds needed to be kept shut. The water tank was not heating water properly, and had to be replaced during our stay. The fitness centre was very good, as was the pool, and the location in the community was very convenient to shopping. Charles was very easy to communicate with, and handled the hot water tank problem within hours. This condo is okay if youā€™re not expecting it to be nicely updated, but we would not book here again.

Great location

Great condo. Well decorated. Easy to use TV with real cable! Quiet neighborhood with grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Pool and hot tub are nice. Plenty of linens, dishes, etc. The floors were not clean when we arrived, but owner sent cleaning crew back the next day and things were much improved.

Great Location Super Convenient!

We had a really great visit! Communication with Charles was prompt and friendly. Everything you could need, shopping, hiking, etc is right there. Easy access to the 101 . Loved the fitness center and business center. After the long flight in weā€™ll always remember arriving to find a bowl full of Wertherā€™s butterscotch caramels and the refrigerator stocked with water!

Met Charles the second day and he told me about hiking trails 5 minutes away and they were great. Had a minor issue called Charles and he came fixed it that day. The location for us was perfect for what we were doing.

Eva obtained her real estate license in 2002 and loves working with buyers and sellers. She works full-time now that we are empty-nesters. Charles's background is in Finance. He handles property management & investments.

We bought this property in 2005 when it converted to condos. We wanted to buy an investment property that would be easy for us to manage and that is close to our home. We love this location - we only have lived in 2 homes since we moved here and it has always been in this area, Northeast Scottsdale - close to the McDowell Mountains - there are many places to walk and hike; but we LOVE hiking Gateway Loop trail - the trails and views are spectacular. See last photo - we took that on one of our hikes - don't miss the opportunity to go and visit this trail - http://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/preserve
