Had a good stay. Host was very accommodating. Rooms were clean and place was well stocked. Staff at main office also very helpful and apologized for delay in check in. Lots to do and close to stores, dining and activities. I would stay here again. If in the area. My grandson loved the pool

Great space! I thought the pool view was over the main pool but it wasn’t. Would have liked to have black out blinds as the lights from the other building lit up the bedrooms all night.

We enjoyed our stay. The property itself is close to a lot of amenities and the Disney theme Parks. Our condo was as listed and complimented our needs. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent location

This property is exactly as advertised in pics.We’re a foodie family so we cook more than eat out, I’m adding this as the kitchen is very small but because there were only 6 of us this trip we made it work. I left behind some kitchen items that were either missing or may not have been furnished as they would be in a larger home. With the extremely lower temperatures the week we were there; the pools are not heated so the kids played in the heated jacuzzi bath tub instead. Great place for small groups, I personally prefer homes where we can control whether the pool is heated or not, but everyone enjoyed our Family time as ee do every year.

Amazing visit!

Perfect spot for a family getaway to Orlando.Condo is on the second floor overlooking the smaller pool in building 2 - not overlooking the private ship pool.We found this to be preferable as the private ship pool was very crowded and busy while our pool was almost always empty. We enjoyed every morning having coffee on the balcony, followed by a swim/hot tub, and evenings we also used the pool. It worked great for us - when the kids wanted to go to the pool and the adults did not, we sent them on their way and watched from the balcony.The condo was lovey itself - slightly dated but clean, the beds were comfortable, and the place was spacious. There’s a new couch and some additional furniture not pictured. The kitchen has very little cookware - only the basics so be prepared. The bathroom fans are very loud but not annoying. We enjoyed the amenities - coffee in the morning in the lobby, the spa was exceptional, and having a convenience store under us was nice and we also could walk across the road to outlet shops.Disney springs was 12 min away, Disney was a bit further, and other attractions were 20-30 mins away with traffic.

You get what you pay for!

This property was perfect for what we needed it to be. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and exactly as described. The kitchen had the basics and had soap etc provided. The dressers in the unit in all three bedrooms were difficult to use. The drawers were hard to pull open. The TV was also difficult to navigate. Again, we did not really need the TV much because we spent most of our time out of the unit. The pools were great and towels were provided. The food at the pool bar was not amazing but I have had worse. The location was great if you want to visit Disney parks. It was about a 15 minute drive at most. My 13 year old loved that the outlets were attached to the property. I did not enjoy some of the clientele that the complex housed. We stayed over a weekend and it seemed as though some folks may rent the property to have parties at?? There was garbage in the lot every morning. These folks didn't keep us up or anything but I certainly would not have let my teenager walk around without an adult.

Perfect location

My son and DIL live in apartments close, so i wanted a place close to them. It was perfect.Comments: it did need more pans and one sink in the master bathroom didn’t drain

Orlando July Visit

The cleanliness is excellent. The kitchen was functional. The pool was noisy. Thank you so much for enforcing the quite hours. It would help having a booklet on services, like where to place trash.

Overall Great Volleyball Tournament Stay

This is the third time staying at Lake Buena Vista Resort & Spa. The same issue persist with the keys and their inability to function properly. Unit was good, some ceiling fans lights didn’t work, but overall it was fine.

Easter Vacation

The unit had 3 bedrooms and plenty of space for the 5 of us , even when we had family visit for the day. Convenient to major theme parks , shops and restaurants.

Great place for a winter get away

Anthony was an amazing host. Condo was spacious clean and exceeded our expectations. Amazing to have balcony over look the pool. Beds were massive comfortable and big. Great location close to everything.

Disney Adventure for Grandson

We were over all ok with the condo. The unit needs a few pans to bake. We contacted the front desk and it took two days to get a cookie sheet. The living room sofa is also a bed which means the cushions don't stay on the couch. You must carefully sit down on there or it's going to hurt your backside. We saw bars more than we had cushion. The Dryer does not heat well and needs two to three cycles to get clothes dry. The stove was not working when we arrived and the next morning I called- I was told they had only one person to do all the units in all four buildings.. He did come hours later and the breaker was flipped. Sounds easy and would be but did not want to bear the responsibility of anything blowing or damage so we waited. We did not have any pool towels and for a three bedroom condo only 4 washcloths and 4 towels. They wanted to charge us to bring more. The little pool was nice. The store in the complex was stocked amazingly well. The pizza hut was open some and closed some. weird... Also, the pool with the pirate ship which was one of the reasons we booked needs to be addressed and painted... Also, you cannot bring your own food or drink in. You have to buyer theirs. It's way more than a mile to Disney but still a somewhat easy jaunt. The expectation was higher but we managed.

Not for us

We chose this property because the pictures looked amazing and in the description it stated that there were free shuttles to Disney parks. After asking the host he said that it was true. Unfortunately, we had to let him know that the shuttling service has not been free for some time now according to the check in. It was disappointing. We left the front desk knowledge of the mold in the shower and bathtub (window above and blinds were super gross), how hard the bed was and the springs that protrude when laying on the bed... We contacted the host about arranging something since we were under the impression of the shuttling but we were told he would get back to us and after a month I guess he changed his mind. All in all, I do not recommend this. It was very disappointing.

Excellent property for family

I stayed here with my husband and in laws and it was PERFECT! We loved the proximity to the local theme parks and heavily utilized the on premises convenience store and neighboring restaurant. I would definitely stay here again!

Family visit

Stayed on property a couple times. First time in bldg 2 - probably will request bldg 5 as before. We just prefer staying on that side of property.
