This is a 5 bedrooms, 3 bath, 2500sqf home includes beds for 14 people plus a premium queen air mattress which is very comfortable so this home can sleep a total of 16 people. It includes everything you need and it is fully furnished and equipped. House includes 2 living rooms, main one in the first floor and another one is in the 2nd floor. Home includes smart TVs which you can be used with Netflix and all cables channels (Plus additional TVs in the game room loft and Master suites), Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This home is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house has a big game room with pool table, Air hockey table and a game arcade. Also Includes a perfect huge outside spot for sitting under a covered patio, BBQ, Cornhole for some more playing, Fire pit area and a beautiful private pool with a specious sitting area. You wouldn't want to leave the house. I can assure you will love it! You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with Pool & BBQ area freely. There is also a private patio to sit and relax.

The house is very close to shopping and dinning. Located close to Lackland Air Force Base. (about 12 minutes drive) and to SeaWorld (about 8 minutes drive). There is a Super Wall-Mart around the corner for your shopping needs. 10 minutes drive to Downtown, Ingram Park shopping mall. 20 minutes drive to Airport, Fiesta Texas - Sixflags, Zoo, Major parks and the Botanical Gardens. Great location!

- Any event requires full pre-approval and planning with the host directly prior to booking. While I aim to accommodate requests, unauthorized events will result in heavy fines & event will be immediately closed. If you would like to arrange a small gathering or an event, please reach out to me prior to booking so we can discuss options or additional requirements. Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool Size 18 feet round and 4 feet deep.
- Pool is not heated.
- Pool will be closed due to winter from November 15th until February 5th.
