The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the sea (100 meters) and sandy beach (50 meters).
You can see the sea from the balcony and the bedrooms.

The apartment is suitable for 1 to 4 people and has two bedrooms
- Children's travel bed - high chair - changing table with changing mat in the bathroom.

The 4 **** FeWo (year of construction 2007) is in the 2nd Upper floor (no elevator) and is 80 square meters.

From the balcony and from the two bedroom windows you can see the sandy beach, the sea and in good weather the islands of Juist and Norderney.

All rooms are equipped with an allergy-friendly natural Tarkett floor and underfloor heating.

WiFi and Lan connections are available.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed.

The minimum stay in the high season is 7 nights.
During the high season, the change is only possible on Saturdays (or by appointment).

The rental price is for 2 people and a bedroom.
When renting to 3 or 4 people, we charge for the 2nd Bedroom € 10.00 / night per person.
Maximum occupancy: 4 people

The administration fee (on-site support) (€ 50) is included in the rental price.

Internet is available free of charge via WiFi and Lan.

There is both a free reserved parking space "Sea View" for a car and a bicycle shed.

Information about the area surrounding the apartment.

Restaurants with East Frisian cuisine, shops, bakeries and ice cream parlors can be reached in a few steps. Haus des Gastes, Kurmittelhaus, reading room with current newspapers, seal breeding station, mini golf course and the adventure pool "Ocean Wave" (wave pool with sauna) are about 300 meters away.

The ferry port and train station (Norddeich Mole) can be reached in 15 minutes on foot to take the ship to Norderney or Juist.

Kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing are offered about 400 meters away; Trial courses are possible.
