Located in the village of Clifton Springs, NY. Walking distance to the Main Streets coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Clifton Springs is centrally located in the Finger lakes wine country. This home is a 3 bedroom, traditional ranch, which has a great room which includes a pool table and foosball table. Also has an enclosed porch which overlooks a large private back yard. Recently painted interior. The house is located close to another property 27 Silver St, therefore we could accommodate a larger group of people that travel together.

Great stay and a wonderful host.

Thank you for the awesome stay here and for being so flexible and willing to help when things went crazy with our rental car. The house is in a great location in this cute rural town. The Main Street is just around the corner and down the street. Totally walkable. Having the pool table and foosball table there was a lot of fun too since we had more down time than anticipated.

Great place to stay

This sweet ranch house has a cottage-y, cabin-y vibe. Great bonus room with pool table & foos ball plus lounging area. Large back yard for kids to run. Easy walk to the quaint village of Clifton Springs with fun small shops, museum, and restaurants. Easy access to NYS Thruway, Rochester, Geneva and Finger Lakes wine country. The hosts are wonderful and attentive to any problems (ie burned out light bulbs). Home is well supplied with fluffy bath towels and lots of kitchen towels, dishes, flatware, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house with central location

My family and I stayed here because we have friends in the area, and we wanted a good central location to enjoy the local wineries and hiking opportunities. The house did not disappoint. It's a central location, good space, and the pool table and foosball table are a nice touch! The back yard is beautiful as is the local town with a morning coffee spot, and the owners are very responsive, thanks!

Great Village Location In Finger Lakes

Great stay, toilet a little low for older folks, worried about not being able to use front door but I think it was available, wi-fi not as strong as it could be, loved the pool table, safety light in back yard, loved having the washer and dryer too! Thanks, Denise!

Glad you enjoyed your stay in Clifton Springs. In response to your review - the toilet is standard height. The front door is accessible. We prefer using the back door for ease of access. The wifi is with Spectrum and usually very quick and strong. Not sure if something was down for Spectrum during your stay. And I am always available if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Perfect spot for us. My kids and I had an amazing week at this beautiful property. Denise was very accommodating and communication was a breeze. Will definitely look to stay here again, as I travel to the area often.

Beautiful home.

My husband and I rented this home for his family who was visiting from Puerto Rico. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. Our family loved it. The owner was very very nice reaching out to ensure everything was alright and if anything was needed. We highly highly recommend this home. And we will be renting it again.

Perfect location for CNY travelers

Excellent location if you want to travel around central New York. Close to all the Fingerlakes and Rochester. Home is immaculate with relatively easy access for walker-bound persons. No ramp, however. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. TV is great with a big comfy couch. Keurig coffee maker was appreciated. Plenty of kitchen equipment.

It is a lovely home with a lot of charm. You need a pencil sharpened? You're covered near the front door! lol. The Great room is a nice place to hang out and far enough away from the bedrooms to not feel like you would be disturbing others in your group trying to sleep. Towels so soft, makes me want to purchase new ones for our house. Overall very relaxing place to stay about 30-40 mins from Rochester. Felt like a home away from home. Very clean, minimal traffic, seating area in backyard to enjoy the outdoors.

Perfect place for visiting family for the holidays.

We were so happy with this rental while visiting family in the area. House was clean, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. Bonus room was great feature. Weekend stay

Rented this house for friends visiting from out of town. It was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space. The pool table and foosball table were great. Denise could not have been nicer.

Wonderful and spacious property

My family and I loved this property. We were in the area for a family wedding. The home was immaculate and way more spacious than expected. The yard was huge and open. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We had a lot of luggage but there was so much open space in the family room + living room that we were able to keep it out of the way, but easy to get to. Quieter moments in the evening were relaxing in the family room with a comfy couch and great TV with all the necessary channels. Denise was so friendly and helpful. We plan to rent the home again in the future if we return to the area. Thank you, Denise!

Cozy home in serene private setting

The ranch house is in a quiet setting with a large private backyard with trees & a well maintained lawn. There is a table & chairs out back and an inviting back porch with windows that can all be opened in warm weather. My husband & I ate all our meals on the back porch. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Clifton Springs is a quiet village with tree lined sidewalks. The Springs Spa inside the hospital offers a range of services with a great staff. The peaceful home ( & spa services) made me feel like I was in a country retreat. We look forward to returning many times!

House and owner very welcoming!

We had a very nice visit, clean, spacious, cool and had all the amenities we needed. We reached out to say hi and Denise was happy to offer suggestions and anything we needed. It was quiet, safe and close to groceries, gas and a few restaurants. Drive to lakes was 20 minutes and scenic. We would stay again and highly recommend either house she offers. Thank you!

Cute little house

Very well furnished home in cute little town. Easy to cook meals and the pool table was a fun way to pass time. Excellent communication with host. The home was clean and easy to check in. Only complaint: The mattresses/beds have seen better days and as the house is older with a basement there is a bit of a musty smell to it, especially in the bathroom closet, which unfortunately is where the towels are kept.

Good Location

Nice simple farm house. Single bathroom was sometimes a challenge. Beds are ok. Squeaky, but ok. Room sizes are good. Yard is very nice. We didn’t stay around the property much, just sleeping and showering.
