I can accept a 1-night stay for a weekend night if the date is within 2-days. Otherwise, Friday or Saturday nights are a mandatory 2-night minimum stay meaning: Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.

ACTION NEEDED: Please send your "Booking" with -one- name (first & last) of the person who will be responsible for checking into your condo at the front desk as it appears on your/their ID. The front desk is required to view the ID at check-in and the name given by you must match the ID. ADDITIONALLY, please be aware that I need to know the person's name ON THE BOOKING REQUEST at the “Time guest submits Booking, or Booking Request” ( NOT on an inquiry ). PLEASE NOTE that; If no name is stated, the name on the right column of the VRBO Booking Request Page will be entered on the reservation -and- (name CANNOT be changed on the guest VRBO Account after the booking is accepted, in an attempt to avoid this requirement). PLEASE READ: Shawnee Village Resort Guest have golf privileges upon paying typical Green Fees. The large white structure with the red tile roof adjacent to the river and wrapped by the golf course is in part the golf Club House/Pro Shop -and- the Shawnee Inn. Golfers have access to and in the Club House/Pro Shop. None of the Condos we are advertising are inside of, or part of the Shawnee Inn structure. All guest can enjoy all surrounding areas within the hundreds of acres that encompass the wilderness and Delaware River all around Shawnee Village Resort & the Shawnee Inn.

Two Bedroom – River Village: Queen in master, two double beds in second bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in living area. Maximum occupancy 8.
2-STORY condo and has no less than 18-stairs to access condo front door -and- NOT suitable for Disabled guest.

Front desk hours: 7am to 11pm. If you plan on arriving at the resort outside of these hours, you should contact the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements prior to arrival.

The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.

When you check into the resort, the front desk will require a $150 security deposit hold against a credit/debit card in case any major damage should occur. The security deposit will be released back to you on the day of departure.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! If you have a service animal, you must let us know in writing prior to booking.
