The bright and friendly non-smoking apartment (approx. 60 sqm, 3 rooms) with sophisticated equipment is suitable for allergy sufferers. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one bedroom. with double bed (180x200), in the 2nd Bed. there are two single beds (each 90x200).

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with *** - freezer, kettle, egg cooker, coffee machine, stove with oven, toaster, radio.
Dishwashing liquid, tabs for dishwashing machines and cleaning agents are included. Filters for the coffee machine, salt, sugar, spices are also available in the kitchen.
In the living room there is a TV (new flat screen) with satellite TV and radio / CD player. A DVD player (blu-ray) is now also available.
The washing machine in the bathroom (shower bath) is freely available to the tenants, a hair dryer is available.

From January 2017 there will also be WiFi in the apartment, which will be made available to guests free of charge.

You can grill (electric grill) on the approximately 10 square meter balcony furnished with comfortable wicker armchairs. You have sun on the black balcony until evening. The tree-lined private lawn next to the house can also be used.

The apartment is in Haffstr. 5a in the rearward development and is through a small branch path from Haffstr. can be reached from (a little further to the right than marked in the site plan - unfortunately the marking cannot be moved). The apartment is on the 2nd Floor and offers a panoramic view of the Salzhaff.
Each apartment has a private parking space in the in-house parking lot.

Shop:
For breakfast (also on Sundays) you can get bread from the bakery at the church (you can also have breakfast there). The walk across the churchyard only takes five minutes.
The spa promenade on the Salzhaff and the harbor are around 150 m away. Shops, post office, doctor, pharmacy, bike rental and bank can be found approx. 150 to 500 m away. And you only go about 350 m to the pier.
Shopping for daily needs can be done e.g. B. at the supermarkets Markant (around the corner: Kröpeliner Str. 5) and Edeka (Am Parkplatz 10, approx. 500m).

Restaurants and cafes can be found in the immediate vicinity of the apartment in the center of Rerik, and (also within walking distance) on the spa promenade and on the Haffplatz.

Leisure:
The Baltic seaside resort Rerik with its old brick church is located between the Baltic Sea with cliffs and sandy beaches and the salt lagoon. The apartment Haffausblick is an ideal starting point for walks on the Salzhaff with its investors. The pier on the Baltic Sea, the cliffs and the sandy beach can also be reached in a few minutes.

Sailing, cycling (on many well-developed cycle paths), surfing, diving, fishing, horse riding and hiking are - besides swimming in the Baltic Sea - popular leisure activities. Children also like landing on the shallow banks of the Salzhaff. The salt lagoon freezes over relatively often in winter. Here you can skate.
The surf school Rerik (offers many different courses. The courses in the shallow salt lagoon are particularly suitable for children. The surf school can be found at Salzhaff (Am Haff 4). It can be reached quickly on foot from the apartment.

A tour on the Salzhaff (approx. 2. Hours) with the passenger ship MS 'Ostseebad Rerik'. The Wustrow peninsula nature reserve, the Salzhaff (FFH and bird protection area) and the cooling landscape protection area are in the immediate vicinity.
