Welcome to The Bar None -a beautiful three Bedroom, two Bath, renovated 1910 Farmhouse surrounded by 22 idyllic acres and lots of peace and quiet. Down a wide mile dirt road just 20 minutes from Athens, you will step back in time to an older Georgia, but you'll bring all the first county amenities with you inclueding fiber optic internet/super fast wi-fi, and two smart TVs. The BNR is dawg friendly, so bring the pets, the girlfriends, the fam - or just bring the squeeze. We hope you enjoy your stay. Sleeps 10 in beds. Grill, wood-stove, outdoor firepit, walking trails throughout the property, privacy, bright stars, nature, and wide open space.

Fabulous historic Home, traveled for my daughter’s graduation with our family and pups, it was the perfect getaway, warm and comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated, I wish I had found it four years ago!

If you want privacy, plenty of room, woods to explore, a stream to sit at and watch your dogs have fun in, an old 1900's house with old charm down a nice old country road, this is the place for you. The barns were a nice spot to take a few pictures for the memories. Kitchen was well stocked and all supplies you may have forgotten, you will find here. Will re-book in the future. Stayed for one night and it was more then i could have expected!

The hosts were spectacular with the check in process, making it as easy as possible. The house is great and very cozy i will definitely be coming back again!

Peaceful and Quaint

A little slice of heaven away from the hustle and bustle, the perfect home away from home during the week of my daughter's graduation. Perfect for morning coffee on the front porch or strolls down to the creek with the dogs. Loved our stay!

Great relaxing home

We came for a quiet girls' weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the home and the property. It is well located close to Watkinsville, Athens, and Crawford for groceries, restaurants, and things to do! The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The trails through the property were beautiful! We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Property

The house was better in person than in pictures! Very comfortable to stay in. Check in and out was a breeze. Lots of land to explore on the property. Hosts were more than helpful with everything. Highly recommend!

Perfect Work Getaway

We stayed at the Bar None Ranch for a work convention in Athens and were blown away the moment we stepped in. Michelle did an amazing job making this home feel so cozy. It was the perfect place for us to reset and relax after meetings all day long!

Peaceful Getaway

Booked this property with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. House was clean, amenities were just right, and Michele was a wonderful property manager. This house had loads of character and ample space for a weekend getaway with friends. We would definitely stay here again!

The Bar None was relaxing and fun!

We had nice family gathering at the Bar None Ranch, which is on a beautiful and very private property with its own nature walking trail. It’s just a short (about 20-minute) drive to downtown Athens. The spacious accommodations made us feel very much at home and it has a nice deck next to a shady outdoor area that’s perfect for a lawn party!

Peaceful Location

I cannot rave about the property enough! You feel as though you are in the middle of no where, though you are honestly not that far from the city (20 min drive). The decor and interior is homey and inviting. There is ample space, the kitchen was well stocked, and the amenities were on point. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great Stay

Stayed at the property for my daughter’s graduation. The house had plentiful common areas for a family gathering. Very clean, private, very pet friendly. We would stay at this property again. The property has three private bedrooms, one with King and one with Queen. The third bedroom is very versatile with stackable twins so it can be used with 4 twin beds, two twins or the beds can be pushed together. These accommodations were perfect for our stay. Easy drive to Athens and UGA campus. It was the perfect stay!

Cozy Farmhouse Getaway

The spacious and charming property is the perfect getaway for a weekend family trip. We brought our dogs and they loved exploring the acreage. There was plenty of space for our family of six to spread out. The owner has thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with all the basic amenities so you can easily stay in and cook instead of running into town. The best part is the location, as it's far enough from town that you can escape the hustle and bustle of the larger towns like Athens, but not so far that you can't drive back in for a meal or shopping. Thank you for having us at your property!

Country stay

Property was super cute, very clean, well stocked, very comfortable. We were at a ladies conference in Athens so we chose to get a house to all hang out together, this property worked well for this. The only thing we didn’t like was how far out in the country off of gravel roads it is. Now if you want a country setting this is definitely your property. We had a short stay so driving back and forth to Athens was not my favorite. But I would recommend the property and I would stay again if we were in the area.

Stayed over night attending an event in Athens. Easy commute back an forth from Athens to farmhouse. House was perfect for the number of guests in trip. Very quiet and peaceful.
