It's a one-of-a-kind exceptional townhome property featuring boutique hotel amenities and only a short walk on the property to the peaceful lakefront setting, beach and pier in South Lake Tahoe. Lake Tahoe is a pristine jewel of nature. One of the clearest lakes in the world where you can see deep into its cobalt blue waters. Rising high above the Lake lies the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. Lake Tahoe is a haven for adventure seeker's and outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you are looking to ski in the Sierra Nevada Mountains or enjoy a tranquil summer vacation on the Lake our all-season retreat enables you to enjoy natures natural beauty throughout the year.

Lake Tahoe offer's the combination of breathtaking lake and mountain views with a plethora of activities to enjoy. Depending on the season of your visit you can relax on the beach, hike, mountain bike, horseback ride, ski, snowboard, sled ride, snow mobile, ice skate, paddleboard, windsurfing, sailing, golf, ride a hot air balloon, take a helicopter tour, luxury cruising, It's a short distance from our resort to try your luck at the casino's or to ski Heavenly Ski Resort or to dine at a nearby restaurant, enjoy top notch entertainment, shop for your favorite clothes or accessories, relax in the hot springs or check out the towns thriving art scene. There is something for everyone.

Our recently remodeled townhome is a 4-bedroom 3-bath + loft-bedroom three level townhome. The first level has three bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom with a flat screen TV and attached full size bathroom. (King Size Bed) The second bedroom has( 2 double size beds), a flat screen TV, and shares an adjacent bathroom with the third bedroom which has (1 Queen size bed), a crib, and a flat screen TV. The 2nd level has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace, and balcony. There is an additional bedroom with 1 Queen size bed) and an adjacent full bath on this level. The the loft has( 1 queen and single bed).

Great location!

We couldn’t have chosen a better location to stay. The proximity to the lake couldn’t be beat. The complex had all the facilities you would need and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Spot in Lake Tahoe!

We really enjoyed this fully stock home in Lake Tahoe. Wish we had stayed longer. Plenty of room for everyone and everything was nearby. Highly recommend!

Perfect for families

Great location - very short walk to pools and beach. We parked our cars and they didn't leave the parking lot until our stay was complete. We used the kitchen for every meal and it was very well stocked.

Great place to stay!

There was plenty of space for all of us. Beds were comfortable, but the bedding itself was a bit warm. Kitchen had everything we needed to prep our meals. Water pressure in the showers was great. It was close to shopping and restaurants too. We loved using the pool, beach, and fire pits. It was nice to have the restroom by the beach too. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

Perfect location, nice town house, clean, comfortable for our family of 13. Kitchen was a nice size and living room good size. Nice furniture. TV Remotes were a little confusing to use at first. The Mattresses in guess rooms were not comfortable need new ones, toilet in Master Bedroom needs new pump, no pressure.

The Perfect Location in South Lake Tahoe!

I planned a Bachelorette trip here at Ethan's stay without ever being to Lake Tahoe and it did not disappoint. The location is very central to restaurants, shops, etc in South Lake Tahoe and we were able to walk everywhere. The house itself worked perfectly for our large group, and it was very clean and nice. We had a great time lounging inside, as well as by the pool and fire pits the resort has. The resort is also on the beach so that was awesome. Ethan and the hosts were very helpful and answered our messages in a very timely manner which was great. Would recommend staying here if you want to be close by the great places in South Lake Tahoe.

PERFECT PLACE FOR THE ENTIRE (13) LADIES GROUP FOR A ONCE A YEAR COUSINS TRIP! POOL WAS HEATED AND BEACH VERY CLEAN JUST A FEW STEPS AWAY WITH POOL TOWELS ALREADY AVAILABLE IN THE UNIT!! ACCOMMODATIONS JUST AS STATED;HOWEVER, KITCHEN A BIT SMALL IF Y'ALL ARE COOKING AT ONE TIME WHICH WE WERE NOT. DEFINITELY WILL STAY AGAIN! RESORT OWNER ANSWERED EVERY TIME WE CALLED TO ADDRESS OUR NEEDS AND ANSWER QUESTIONS!! WE WERE ALSO ALLOWED A SLIGHTLY EARLIER CHECK IN TO ACCOMMODATE OUR TWO DIABETICS!

Very good

I definitely go back. Few things I need to mention, it needs newer pots and kitchen utensils. The washer and dryer probably have some leaks because the carpet get wet when it was used. A lot of squeaky noise are heard downstair and was harder to sleep when someone is walking upstair. Overall it was good, cleanliness is excellent.

Annual Lake Tahoe Family Vacation

Thank you Mark and Ethan for making our stay so wonderful. We didn’t want to leave. This was my family’s 9th summer in a row staying at Lakeland Village and this unit was by far our favorite. It was comfortable for our family of 12 and had every amenity you could want or need. We booked this unit 10 months in advance and communication between myself and the owners from day one was always quick and thorough. During our stay we had an issue with a broken bed frame in the master bedroom. I emailed Mark and he responded within minutes and had a new frame delivered the next day. We had a great stay and will definitely be booking this unit again next year.

Clean and easy check in

The condo itself is nice and clean. It is three stories which isn’t very toddler friendly. Check in was fast and easy. One reason why I gave it a four star is because I thought it was closer to lake. The lake is about a three minute walk from the condo and there is no lake view from the condo itself. The only view is a massive amount of other condos. My preference when I go on vacation is to try to get as close to waterfront. But if this is not a big deal to you, then the condo will work perfectly fine. Another issue during our stay was the pool, spa, and bathrooms near the lake were closed. The pool in the lodge was open but was not heated The main center of South Lake Tahoe is about 1.25 miles away from the property. Which with kids can be about a 30 minute walk. There are restaurants and Whole Foods right across street.

WONDERFUL STAY WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Marc is a great owner. First He gave me enough time to pay . My Card was lost and they are sending me a replacement which is coming that next week. But our due date is already that week. Marc did not hesitate to extend my due date to the next Monday . Everytime I emailed him , his response time was so quick. The House is very beautiful , Cozy and BIG . WE arrived in Lake Tahoe abt 5pm and the house is ready and very clean. We are able to prepare our meal and have FUN night every night.The House is really close to the water . Close to Heavenly ski resort , The Casino. Everyone in my family and friends enjoyed thier stay in Marc's House. We difinitely 100% recommend the place . WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN.

Plenty of Room for Family

The property has very easy access to the parking lot, which is great for unloading, etc. It also is a very quick walk to the beach. So location is good. The unit needed some sprucing up (furniture, walls painted) but I was told they will be working on that after this summer season and the host was very nice in providing a late checkout to compensate for that. There are plenty of sleeping areas and plenty of bathrooms. All were clean and equipped. If you are going in the summer you need to bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. We also brought a canopy. Because we are CA residents this wasn’t a big deal for us. I’ve stayed on this property in another unit before and like it as it’s really close to Heavenly and the casinos. Overall my family had a great time.

Worn and dirty

• THE UNIT WAS VERY WORN AND TIRED o The photographs that accompanied the listing were not accurate or reflective of the current layout and condition of the unit. o The sofa had a tear in the corner. o The loft bedding situation was dysfunctional. Capacity of 13 is an overstatement. o The master bedroom furniture was dysfunctional and not as pictured in the listing. • GENERAL CLEANLINESS o Dust everywhere. The obvious horizontal surfaces had been dusted but that is all. The window shades, mantle, light fixtures, lamp shades, base boards, chair rails, etc. had not been touched in some time. o There were dust motes under all of the furniture and beds. o The electric cook top was awful. There were layers of baked on crusted food residue that had not been cleaned for a very long time. Additionally, the cook top was very worn and scratched – well past the point of replacement. o The fans were encrusted with a thick layer of dust. o The washing machine was not cleaned. There was soap residue in the top. o The outdoor grill looked like it had never been cleaned. In addition, the grill could only grill 6 hamburgers vs a 13 capacity unit?? o The patio light was full of debris. o The general lack of common cleanliness would lead one to question whether the Covid protocols had been followed. • VACATION RENTAL ASSISTANCE o VRA was totally unresponsive. When I called on Sunday evening to report the issues with the hair drier fire and the filthy fans, he said he was tired and asked if it could wait until the next morning. I agreed if he would keep me informed of his plans to remedy the issues on Monday. I did not hear from him at all on Monday. He did not return my follow-up call on Tuesday morning.
