Four bedrooms, three baths, large windows with natural light and views of mountains and valley; sleeps 8; large living room, family room, and dining room. Wonderful location for vacation with family. House is in quiet neighborhood and has solar panels. Not appropriate for large or loud gatherings. Nice backyard. No pets allowed. Two-car garage.

Great house in a beautiful location

We had so much fun. Skied all day and played board games at night. The house is perfect for a family vacation and the views are amazing. We didn’t turn the tv on at all. Can’t wait to return.

The stay was comfortable. The property is dated and need to be upgraded. The furniture need to be updated and the extraneous items either thrown away or stored somewhere else. The TV and cable should be updated. Probably would not stay here again unless things were updated.

Carl, I’m very sorry my house didn’t meet your expectations, yet I’m glad you had a comfortable stay here. It is an older house my parents had designed and built in 1979. I think the website photos show what the house is like including furniture, large windows with mountain views, new kitchen appliances, all new mattresses, one new bathroom, a large fenced backyard, and a new large deck. I have empty hangers and extra blankets in each closet, and in various places throughout the house--some books and games for children and adults, piano music, and toys and portacribs for those who might want to use them. The TV on the entry level has apple TV, local network stations, a Netflix login, and a DVD player. The upstairs TV works with local network stations and a DVD player. I will continue to purchase new furniture over time. Thank you for your suggestions.

I want to keep this amazing property a secret!

We just spent a week at this property and while we've been spending a week skiing Snowbird every year for the last 25 years, and have stayed in many properties down in Sandy or the "Benches", this was by far the most homey, well stocked, comfortable home we've ever stayed in with our family. This year we had 6 adults and one 2 year old with us and it couldn't have been more perfect! The owner was incredibly responsive, even providing a pak n play, booster seat, and a bunch of toys for our 2 year old grandson so everything was all set up from the moment we arrived. The kitchen is super well-stocked. The nearest grocery is a 4 minute drive away and Snowbird (traffic permitting) was only an 18 minute drive. The layout of the house was perfect for us and so child friendly and adult welcoming. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms nice. Hopefully it will be available for us next year and every year to come if too many potential renters don't read this!

Great for large families with pets

Comfortable home with plenty of sleeping and family visiting areas. Well stocked kitchen. Home is somewhat dated so if cutting edge is your thing, this isn’t for you. But if family fun with cooking, pets, and comfort is your thing, this place was great. Judene, the owner was super responsive. There are all kinds of equipment, etc for those who chose to use it (awe did not). 1,r miles to a nice grocery, and quiet neighborhood. FANTASTIC back yard with pear tree and to,atop that Jundene told us we could pick.

Great location! Plenty of room at a great price. 20 minutes from Snowbird. 25 minutes from the SLC airport.

Perfect AirBNB Stay

Awesome place too stay -- clean and very well appointed house (piano was a very nice bonus!), quiet neighborhood, very short drive to Snowbird & Alta, great running/hiking trails right from the house, 5 min drive to groceries/shopping

Excellent place for ski trip

This home is the perfect place for a ski trip. It is 15 minutes to Alta and snowbird, and 30 minutes to solitude and Brighton. The place is huge, and Judene is super nice and helpful.

Fabulous time

My family and I were looking for a way to meet our daughter’s fiancé’s family and this home was perfect for the gathering over thanksgiving dinner. We stayed several days and we loved the space and Judene’s attention to even the smallest of details was phenomenal. Our time was exceptional, Judene was more than exceptional and we would definitely select this property as our FIRST choice when we return to the area.

Home Away from Home

A vacation using a B & B should be like visiting the home of friends or family. You should feel comfortable to use the space and the things in it with your own family, both indoors and outdoors. Judene's house has this warm, welcoming vibe, and our family wedding (very close in the mountains) was so enhanced by the down time we had in this open, incredibly equipped space. We played in the cul-de-sac with neighbors, in the spacious back yard, with the games, and even made music on the piano. The views are amazing, and some just sat and relaxed. Judene left excellent instructions for the ins and outs of the house which were not complicated, but thorough. Our magical weekend was made even more so by having this wonderful space to use as our home base. I look forward to when we can go back in another season to enjoy the mountains and this house which really felt like a home away from home. Thank you, Judene.

Great pet friendly property close to miles of walking trails at Dimple Dell Regional Park. Plenty of space for families to spread out. Close to Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons if you come out during ski season. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house and yard!

Overall stay was great for me and my family. Love the place. Owners were very nice and reasonable. You definitely have to shut it down outside at 10 or neighbors will complain, But it's big enough inside to relax. Would definitely recommend!!

Trip with dog

The location is beautiful! You can see the mountains everywhere. The house is large so everyone had plenty of space. The fenced in back yard is lovely and our dog enjoyed it very much. The owner is very nice. There are limited TV stations and we had to space showers to conserve hot water.

I am glad you enjoyed so many things about the house. I have turned up the water heater so there should be plenty of hot water for everyone's showers. I don't have cable TV, yet I do have Apple TV, Netflix, and about 50 network stations.

Great Location

This spacious house was perfectly located for access to ski slopes, and a block away from a wonderful park. The house was spacious and comfortable for our family. It is clearly a loved family home, but it could use some updating. The downstairs bedroom needs a finished ceiling. Since we were there during March Madness, we missed having cable TV.

Thank you for your compliments; I'm sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations in every way. The downstairs bedroom ceiling is now finished. I like to think my house is a place with comfortable beds and furniture, and where guests can relax bringing in their skis, children, and all without worrying about the floors, etc. I wish you the best and appreciate your feedback.

Wonderful location,

Such a lovely and homey place to stay. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The best part is we were only 20 min from Snowbird and other resorts. Judene is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Great stay for family vacation

The house is quite clean when we arrived and all the set up are nice and cozy. It has a huge back yard which is great for the kids to play. The host is extremely helpful and very responsive. The only drawback is the king size bed is located downstairs alone and the A/C/heater next to the bedroom is noisy.

The property was perfect for a family Christmas vacation.

My family and I loved the property. The Christmas decorations and tree were a great touch it made the house very homey. There were beautiful views of the mountains. We enjoyed gathering in the kitchen eating area by the fire place. The area was a great place not only to dine but to watch movies and play games. The property had plenty of bedrooms and we all had our own bath. The location was perfect for a quick trip to ski at several resorts which we really enjoyed. We also took time to hike Ferguson canyon as well as several paths around the park which was in walking distance from the house. There are plenty of places close by for dinner. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect place for our ski vacation

The house was inviting, home-like, warm and welcoming. The neighborhood and mountain views wonderful. With easy access to Little and Big Cottonwood canyons, as well as food shopping, the location was perfect. But, best, was the owner, who could not have been more helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay here again.
