Cozy vacation apartment situated on a hill.

Our apartment is located above Hippach on a hill at the foot of the Zillertal high road. The town center can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. By car you are at the Horbergbahn in 6 minutes. The ski bus stop is 50m away. The swimming pool, tennis court and beach volleyball court can also be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed (1. 40 x 2. 00) and an additional bed (1. 40 x 1. 87). The kitchen is 15m ². A couch is another place to sleep in the kitchen. A corner bench with table and chairs is of course also available. The flat screen is also in the kitchen. Of course, there is a dishwasher, micro, kettle, egg cooker, a filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee machine (coffee capsules each € 0. 20), oven and radio. The bathroom is 6m². Towels, bed linen, tea towels, dishwasher aps and toilet paper are included. There is a wardrobe and a cloakroom in the anteroom. You can spend cozy hours on the 21m² terrace! Our WiFi is of course included in the price! There is also a lockable room for bicycles brought along!


We are also a Zillertal Alps Nature Park - partner company. As a guest of our apartment, you have many advantages from May to October. You can take part in all guided hikes of the nature park - summer program free of charge! Our guests also have free admission to the exhibitions, especially the nature park house and events in the high mountain nature park.
