Vacation with views in one of Tucson's best areas for easy access to shopping and recreational attractions! An outstanding vacation home in a quiet neighborhood with covered patio and beautiful pool (Pool can be heated for an additional $390. plus tax per week) from October 1st to April15th. From April 16th to sept 30th. Is $320. Per week plus tax water fall feature and spa (spa heat included, on demand at no additional cost,) complete with barbecue, outdoor furniture, pool toys, corn hole, putting green and lounges. Take advantage of the Arizona sun or relax and read in the shade of the patio or umbrella.
Picture yourself sitting on the patio, lounging by the pool or soaking in the hot tub, all with panoramic views of the Catalina Mountains in Oro Valley, Arizona. Enjoy the changing colors of the Eastern horizon as the mountain shadows change the view into a tapestry of color or watch the sunset from the Hot Tub.

The Eastern orientation of the living area provides the best of early morning warmth and protection from the late afternoon sun. This home backs to the desert which provides the ultimate in private outdoor living.

Gorgeous comfortable home

My family gathered here and each of us enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the house. The kitchen was better stocked than most vacation rentals I’ve stayed at, they have truly thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We even had fresh flowers placed around the house. We loved our early morning walks through the neighborhood, stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes and the house was convenient to I10 so our family was able to travel in easily from TUS and PHX airports. Our favorite appt day and night was sitting outside whether at the comfortable table and loungers it in the pool and hot tub overlooking the incredible Mountain View. This is a very special place that we already booked again for next year.

Home Away From Home!

This home is in a quiet neighborhood close to hiking and grocery shopping. It is very clean and well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen items, and many other things you may need during your stay. The owner and local staff are a phone call/text away if you have any question about the house or area. They are very helpful. Thanks for sharing your home with others.

2024 Tucson Holiday

We stayed for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. It was exactly as we expected and the perfect place for us to gather with family and friends. The property had everything we needed. The owner added decorations and was helpful with area recommendations.

Outstanding in Oro Valley

Highlights are: Beautiful view of the Catalinas. Super private lot overlooking green space. Great pool and hot tub with ample outdoor furniture and pool floats. Fully equipped kitchen INCLUDING staples and everyday items like 4 sizes of plastic baggies that most owners either don't provide or clear out after every visit. This made the stay more like being in a home rather than a sterile rental. Spotless cleaning, fresh flowers at arrival. Very large master. Living space well-connected to outdoors with views of valley and mountains. Centrally located in Oro Valley. The owner is responsive and clearly cared that our stay was enjoyable.

One of the Best rentals we have stayed at 😊

This house is exceptional ! It had everything we needed, very well stocked with all essentials needed for your stay. The beds were so comfortable and the home was very clean and well maintained. Great location and the view was awesome, We watched the moon rise everynight sitting by the pool !! The owners were great to work with and we hope to come back next year!! Highly recommend this home for your rental needs !

Great House with Beautiful View

We spent three weeks at this house and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. As other reviewers have noted, the house is very well equiped. We usually end up adding several items to a house when we rent but we only added a cocktail shaker this time! The hot tub and the view were highlights for us. The house is a 5 minute drive to a grocery store and other necessary stores. The neighborhood is very quiet (discounting the occasional howling of coyotes). We found enough activities to fill our three week visit, with hiking in the various parks and visits to several tourism sites. The Desert Museum is definitely worth a visit and we enjoyed the Art Museum also. Other sites that we visited were the Titan Missile Museum, Biosphere 2, Tumacacori, Tucson Mountain Park, Saguro National Park, Catalina State Park and Sabino Canyon.

Amazing house in the perfect location!

From the beginning Bill and Sue went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in their home. The communication leading up to our stay was incredibly helpful as they gave us suggestions for places to take our children, activities to do, sites to see, and restaurants to try. Upon our arrival we found an immaculately clean home beautifully decorated for Christmas with absolutely any item you could need already stocked in the home. There was not a single thing that we were missing during our 10-day stay. The backyard is so much bigger than the pictures make it look and it was amazing for our family of six to spend Christmas enjoying this wonderful outdoor space! The home is conveniently located close to countless restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, a state park, numerous trails, and community events. The interior of the home is lovely and spacious with incredibly comfortable bedding. The home has so many little touches that make you feel comfortable and at home. We would absolutely recommend anybody to stay here and enjoy this wonderful home and it's amazing backyard with breathless picturesque views!!

Simply phenomenal!

I’m not sure I could accurately capture how fantastic this property is! I’ve never stayed at such a beautifully decorated and well-stocked rental! They had everything we thought we’d need, and a lot of extras we didn’t know we needed, but did! The entire property was in beautiful condition, nothing broken or overly used looking. Tons of nice pool floats which is not usually the case at rental properties. So many nice towels, both pool and bath, comfortable beds, and every possible kitchen appliance/utensil/pot/bowl you could imagine. My husband and I were saying this is the first place we’ve stayed where we couldn’t think of one thing we wished they had!The owner Bill was incredibly responsive and such a pleasure to deal with., and the location was perfect! We are already planning out next trip!

Awesome House

The house and the whole experience was as good as it gets. The house is perfect and the view out the back is exceptional. I have rented numerous VRBO properties and this one was by far the best. Everything was A+ Property Manager Rich was very easy to communicate with and made sure everything went smoothly

Oro Valley 2022

By far, the absolute BEST VRBO we've ever stayed in. Not only was the location absolutely perfect - it was quiet and the view from the back yard was paradise. Could not think of a better environment to swim in, cook in, and just spend family time together. As if that wasn't enough, the inside far exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, clean, smelled nice and everything was labeled. Property Management (Rich) was great to work with and very accommodating to every single need. Next time we're back in OV.....100% promise that we're going to try for this property again. Thanks for having such a great place for our family vacation!

Easter April 17 2022

What a beautiful resurrection morning. Went to church at Oro Valley Church of the Nazarene (highly recommend) then back to the house and the Easter egg and basket/bags hunt was on! Swimming naturally followed for the rest of the day. After re-reading the past 15 summaries...there is nothing else to say....all summaries describe this property accurately. (Especially love the "toilet paper" one and Kristin staying with the owners.) I'm all up for that one Bill. Here are a few extra tidbits: It's well worth having the pool heated! Most of the pool is 5 - 7ft deep. The morning and early afternoon sun will NOT warm up the pool water. Pay the extra it's well worth it. Thank you Rich for taking care of that the day before Easter and it was great visiting with you again. Wildlife is plentiful at this property. The neighbors, the community, and the pool guy were all friendly. Whether by a hello, a wave or engaging in conversation. They understand how important tourism is to the area by cultivating the human environment. Mt. Lemmon --Summerhaven is appx 1½ hours drive to get as close to the top as possible. Recommend taking the ski lift at Ski Valley after checking the days/times its running. FYI: restrooms are scarce and the Palisades Visitor center was closed. Pima Air and Space Museum is a must visit for plane enthusiasts. Highly recommend the Tram Tour and again check the days it is operational. There is an outdoor playground for younger children next to the Flight Grill. (a life saver) ---FYI -the museum NO longer supports or conducts tours to the Boneyard. Vandalism and security costs became to high. 2 wonderful outdoor parks for kids (adults too) are very close by. 1st and the closest to this property is Naranja Park. The other is Tangerine Sky Community Park. Both parks are NOT visible from the main road. Both have playground equipment and zip lines that even adults can zip on. Tangerine is also a dog park with separate areas for your pet depending on its weight. Loved visiting with the pet owners and their dogs loved the extra attention. There are plenty of walking trails. Funny Foot Farm is a lil gem in (Flowing Wells) Tucson on Wetmore. A small petting/feeding zoo family owned/operated. Recently they have purchased land about 20 - 25 minutes away and will be slowly moving the farm. ---Call or check on line for location, times and days before going. We spent about an hour and half there. Oops no space left

Just as advertised!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, clean, comfortable home. It was in March-April so the pool was cold, but we heated it for 2 weeks which was wonderful. The property manager was prompt and responsive. The hot tub was one of the best we've ever been in. The view is unparalleled. There are some great walking/biking trails very close by. We would highly recommend this property.

Great property!

This is a great house. Very, very nice and well-appointed. My group of 4 golfers really enjoyed our stay. Everyone had a bedroom, it has a great kitchen and a comfortable living room. We used the hot tub every night and the backyard grill a few times. I expect we’ll be back.

Fantastic home

We really enjoyed our stay this place has more than almost all other properties we have stayed at. There are tons of towels, “good” toilet paper and paper towels. Even sunscreen and sunglasses. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house on Oro Valley

We were very pleasantly surprised by this home. The photos don’t do it justice! The outside patio overlooking the mountains is beautiful. The pool was a bit cool for us (we didn’t pay extra to heat it) but the hot tub has on-demand heat and got a lot of use. The home is very well stocked with kitchen items, including condiments, spices, coffee, tea, etc. We used the home as a base to travel throughout the area. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, but there are lots of grocery stores and restaurants within a few miles. I highly recommend this house!

The property, located in Oro Valley which affords quick access to Many of the areas sights and shopping. Both houses look East from the patio. This gives morning sun and evening shade, that gives relief from the sun in the afternoon.
