This makes for a very convenient experience when different parts of your group are coming and going to the mountain at different times. The best part is that it is included with your stay in this home!

This gorgeous private home is located in the Solamere neighborhood of lower Deer Valley. It has beautiful views, high quality finishes and designer furnishings, wonderful amenities, and is very spacious (approximately 6,000 square feet). Wood accents throughout, including log railings and posts, hardwood floors, as well as an open and bright floor plan.

The main entry level is the living room, kitchen and dining room combined into a beautiful great room, and the private hot tub on a deck just outside the dining area. Also on this level is the fourth bedroom and laundry room. Up a half level takes you to the master bedroom suite, and then up a full flight of stairs are the second master suite and third bedroom. On the lower level are the fifth and sixth bedrooms, a family room and game room, and entry from the garage.

Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, floor to ceiling natural stone wood burning fireplace with log mantle, HDTV, VCR, DVD, CD, access to a small deck on the front of the house, great views.

Family Room: On lower level with lots of seating, 42" HDTV, DVD, CD, and surround sound! Game area with pool table and wet bar with sink, refrigerator and ice machine. Floor to ceiling natural stone fireplace - wood burning.

Kitchen: Hardwood floors, granite counters, equipped with professional appliances for gourmet cooking. Work island, free standing butcher-block island. Viking stove (gas) has 6 burners, and there is an ice machine in addition to the full sized refrigerator/freezer.

Dining Room: Formal dining table with seating for 10. Additional barstool seating for 4 at kitchen island nearby.

Master ā€“ King bed, gas fireplace, HDTV, DVD, walk in closet, adjoining bathroom with two separate vanities, jetted tub and walk in steam shower.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We appreciated the extra table and chairs you provided for Thanksgiving Day. We did notice a bit of a problem with the freezer when it was pulled open - the freezer bin seemed to easily come off the track. It was a really enjoyable couple of days and we appreciate being able to stay at this home.Thank you.

Perfect retreat!

The property is beautiful and clean, close to Park City Mountain resort. Our two families of 6 each had a lot of fun there. Will rent again if available.

Deer valley family escapade

My family of adults and kids stayed at this magnificent house for a wonderful 4 day adventure. Skiing at Deer Valley and Park City was wonderful. The house location is just 5 minutes from Deer Valley. It is large, luxurious and totally fit for apre skiing. the hot tub was wonderful. Great room was spectacular. Master bedroom was three times larger than we needed( but so nice to sleep in!) overall we loved the house and certainly plan to return!

Even Bigger Than You Think

My family and I (8 total) stayed here over Fall Break. We usually come to Park City for Fall Break because it's a beautiful time and close by. This cabin was ideal because it was close (3 min drive) to all of the old town's restaurants and attractions, but it is set back on the Deer Valley side offering great seclusion and privacy. The layout of the cabin was one of the best we've encountered, and we could have easily had another family there with us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great, and every communal space is huge and accommodating. The cabin was also one of the more well-stocked properties we've frequented with abundant kitchen-ware, towels, toiletries, etc. We very much enjoyed and would recommend this property.

Our family of 13 "over 50s" enjoyed this lovely home!

We all enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the wild turkeys and moose we heard and saw, the spacious living and cooking areas, the decks and hot tub with convenient bench and towel hooks. Lots of windows. We felt very comfortable except that there were only 2 king beds so those with queens did not sleep as well. And 3 of us were in bunk beds, which were even less comfortable, but I'm sure for children they would be fine. A few minor repairs are needed [Blue Ray, stove burner, no grab bars in showers, etc.], which I'm sure will be taken care of, as Alpine Ski Properties is very focused on pleasing their guests and addressing any issues that arise.

Reviewer Comments: My family (wife, 4 adult children, 2 daughter-in-laws, 4 grandkids three years old and younger plus and a future son-in-law) had a wonderful stay at 3035 Snow Cloud Circle. It is in a great location and had plenty of room for our large party of 13. Lots of individual family space and well-furnished. The master bedroom is huge, which was great. A few challenges for improvement - the pool table is very old and only 1 working cue stick!; there were dirty pot and cups that from the previous renter I suppose - the cleaning crew needs to check that out; the grill was quite old and the handle broke but still functional; it is a bummer that the local and amazing Solamere neighborhood tennis, pickleball and swim club is off limits to renters - there was nobody using it!: the back porch was under construction to a degree but usable; please put extra garbage bags and paper towels which is a small expense but yields high renter satisfaction - minor things that could all be corrected.

We had a great time and were very happy with the accommodations. It was a family reunion, our adult kids were super happy with their en suite rooms and the Master Bedroom is very relaxing. The common area is more that enough for the family to gather and be together. It was great!

But, we were looking for a family vacation, in the mountains with members from three different states in the summer, that included summertime activities for both kids and adults and we found that in Park City. The property was absolutely perfect for the seven members of our family. The home is beautiful, well maintained and equipped and located in a very beautiful residential area minutes from downtown Park City. The property was very clean and comfortable and not beat up as many rentals can become. We had fresh bedding and linens and a very well equipped kitchen for our dining needs, including all high end appliances. Wildlife was also present as we had a moose pass through the backyard three times, wild turkeys on the front lawn and an occasional deer stride through the neighborhood. Finally, on a couple of occasions we needed to contact property management for questions etc. The response was near instantaneous, even on Sunday. So, all in all, I heartedly recommend this property and may be going there again ourselves.

Thanksgiving 2021 Family Reunion

Property was amazing!! Alpine Ski Properties was even more amazing!! We had our Turkey and Ham delivered to ASP which was awesome! But we had oven issues for our Thanksgiving Day meal. Expected a double oven but the top was not working. Called ASP and the on call person tried to get a technician to come look at it... on Thanksgiving day! So very sweet of her!! Unable to reach someone she came out herself. There wasnā€™t anything that could be done that day but they did bring an alternative toaster oven for the rest of our stay! Everything else was fantastic!! Would definitely recommend Alpine Ski Properties and this property!!

Family mountain getaway

The house was perfect for our family with 10 adults and 3 small children. This is a perfect place to stay with a large group. It is clean and spacious and has everything you need for cooking. I mean everything! We had a great time sitting outside in the evening and enjoying the weather and visits from moose, deer, rabbits and a wild turkey! I wish we could have stayed another week.
