Hi Lynn, Thank you for taking the time to review On The Rocks, I agree this property has the most amazing views. Our garbage bin system is a little complicated as it is a fortnightly rotation and during the heat of summer the bins can become quite full. Both the microwave, unclean dishes and the bins being emptied could have been rectified with a simple phone call to the office, only too happy to attend to any maintenance or issues our guests have. I Can honestly say I have never had anyone complain about having to fill out a DocuSign, this is part of the check in procedure to fill out the Guest Registration Form and you would have only received emails asking for payment as your booking was technically unpaid for a few days until your direct deposit went into our bank account. Thank you for your feedback about the dining setting, I have not had complaints about the dining room table or chairs at the property before nor has the driveway or stairs ever been an issue for any previous guests but I will take your advice onboard. Hi Chelsea, Thank you for your lengthy review, firstly we do thank you for your patience when Yamba was inundated with an extreme weather front that unfortunately created water leaks throughout town. Also thank you for reporting that the upstairs shower was warm rather than hot, thankfully the property has three more showers to use so your friends would not have been to inconvenienced. The temperature has now been regulated in this bathroom. The two metal bins have not been in the property for a great length of time but unfortunately the salt air is not kind on metal, we would happily have replaced them during your stay as they seemed to have caused some distress. The banging bathroom door was investigated and no issue was found, the cheap toilet seat that did not fit was expensive and came with the toilet when purchased so was a perfect fit. The beds were inspected before your arrival and the clean linen was being put on the beds during inspection, no 'skanky' coverlets were used in the process. The BBQ had been cleaned before arrival and the lounges that are a guest favourate for their comfort have been recently re-stuffed and cleaned The blinds in the bathroom are privacy blinds so a sheet should not have been needed. Hopefully you actually took the time to enjoy being in a beachfront home with private access onto one of Yamba's most photographed beaches. Holiday Yamba
