The home is less than a 10-minute drive from world-class skiing/snowboarding at Winter Park / Mary Jane ski resort. During most of the ski season, the town's free LIFT shuttle runs daily with a stop within a 5-minute walk from the home, taking you to the ski resort. For an alternative to skiing, there are snowshoeing trails right outside the door and tubing hills less than 3 miles away. In the summertime, enjoy the nearby stocked fishing pond, hiking/biking trails right in the backyard and the many activities offered at Winter Park Ski Resort (including mountain biking and an alpine slide), as well as the abundance of trails, golf courses and water activities throughout the Fraser Valley. Lake Granby, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are all within easy reach, roughly 45 minutes away. Also just a couple of minutes away in Downtown Winter park is a beautiful recreation center with an amazing pool, as well as bowling, a movie theater, shops and variety of restaurants.

Sleeping arrangements: King in master bedroom on main level, California king in upstairs bedroom and two twin-over-double bunk beds in basement bedroom, as well as a full-size sofa sleeper. The master and basement bedrooms are en suite, while the third bedroom and its bathroom are isolated on the top floor.
