The condo is located 75 yards across the street from the Cabriolet lift at the Canyons Ski Resort, so you don't have to coordinate transportation to and from the slopes. (In fact, this rental is the closest four bedroom to the lift.) It also boasts a private hot tub that overlooks the woods and a private washer and dryer.

Wonderfully well equipped in a fanatastic location. Very short walk - 1/2 block -to Cabriolet lift to get to Canyons village. Also very close -2 blocks- tofree bus that goes to Psrk City every 15 minutes.

Great location for skiing
The chair lift was only across the street. Our whole group could come back from skiing at different times. Sooo very convenient. Beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked.

Great vacation
The property had everything our extended family of nine needed to enjoy ourselves very comfortably for seven day. Best possible location 5 minute walk to lift. Parking was adequate for 2 vans. However, the Wi-Fi was broken during the entire stay, causing significant problems for those of us trying to work remotely. Despite the valiant efforts of the property manager to remedy this, Comcast never showed up to fix the problem. We feel that the property owner owes us a partial refund, as this amenity was not provided as advertised in the VRBO listing.

Over flow space great for group
Needed overflow property for family celebration weekend. Property was nice, clean and comfortable. The cabriolet loft to the base of red pine gondola was steps away. Great for summer and winter. I would rent it again :)

Short walk to the slopes!
Perfect location — just a 2-minute walk to the Cabriolet lift and you’re off to the slopes. This condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for nine of us. We enjoyed the hot tub with mountain views, garage and guest parking pass, and convenient access to Canyons and Park City highlights. Would stay there again!

Nice property... Poor Service!
The property itself was great! Clean, good location and accurately advertised. Property manager (Sonja) was, what I can only described as, unengaged and non-service oriented. The day we arrived the only road in/out of the neighborhood was in the beginning stages of being repaved. I called her asking where additional parking options were located. She did assist in that and stated that she had no idea about paving. That night at 8:00pm she sent a text message stating that our water would be turned off at 9:00 the next morning until up to 5:00pm with a simple "Sorry". At that point I suggested that a possible compensation may be in order due to inconvenience. No response. Water was off until 3:00pm. The following day the new pavement was laid. We were unable to leave subdivision for over 45 minutes and had to readjust dinner plans. I conveyed that to Sonja as well. Again, "Sorry". After dinner we returned for the evening to find the TV in the master bedroom did not turn on. I texted, she offered a few solutions for me to try (none of which worked) then "Sorry". Finally, I attempted to do some laundry before leaving. The clothes washer had a terrible odor from door being sealed shut without being completely dry inside. I texted Sonja "we will clean it out with bleach. Thanks!" To me, all this would justify some refunding even a small portion of our payment. Not to Sonja.

Enjoyable long weekend stay
We stayed here with our family which consisted of 7 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of space and everything was clean. There was a heat wave while we were there so we missed the air conditioning, but otherwise, the townhome was great. Location was excellent. We’d definitely stay here again.

Good location for slopes. Dated accommodations
Easy access to cabriolet lift. Managers very nice to work with. Nice space for lots of guests. But interior seemed to be furnished from the sixties. The 1960s. Only one tv worked. In 2 of the bedrooms the TVs were from last century. Big box affairs and another one upstairs only seemed to get one station. Bedspreads and throw pillows appeared as if they had never been cleaned. The carpet was pretty grungy. It surely needs a makeover!

Perfect location, comfortable stay!
Location of the property was perfect across the street from the Canyons Cabriolet. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils. Enjoyed having the private hot tub right out the back door. Hot tub a little on the small side but enjoyable. Bedrooms very roomy with comfortable beds. Downstairs living space a little tight for our group of eight to all hang out but very cozy with the gas fireplace. Sonja very responsive to requests and questions. Overall, great experience in this condo!

great place to stay, very close to Cabriolet lift
Biggest positives (by no means exhaustive):
- Sonja was overall very responsive and helpful, whether through email or phone.
- Easy check-in, check-out.
- Convenient to get to from SLC (almost entirely freeway or highway, no mountain driving).
- Very short walk to Cabriolet Lift to Canyons base.
- Spacious interior, plenty of seating, well furnished (I liked the wood table and chairs) and decorated, good lighting.
- Plenty of dishes, utensils, and kitchenware.
- Appliances mostly seemed relatively modern and in good working condition.
- Ample dish soap and laundry soap provided.
- Hot tub was easy to cover and uncover, worked well, easy to operate, just a few steps from the patio door, and relatively secluded.
- Ample towels provided.
- Beds, sheets, and blankets were comfortable.
- Bathrooms were clean with no obvious defects.
Very minor negatives:
- The condo is furnished with some initial amounts of personal consumables (good), but note that it probably won't last you the whole time there. I'm told this will be clarified for future residents.
- Occasionally sluggish and spotty internet (but most of the time was fine).
- Scalding hot water initially coming out of the tap (regardless of what the hot/cold combination was) was just bizarre. I'm told this was intentionally installed by the owner but I think everyone there was a bit confused...
- The common area TV was small by today's standards and cropped the broadcast TV picture (e.g., it only showed the first or last 3 letters of the names of the starters during the NFL playoff games). Manager says they'll contact the owner about upgrading it.
